INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach. 


NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not always guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi services during your stay.

Condo was nice and clean. Just as pictured. The balcony was great- the chairs nice and comfy to enjoy the view. Huge pantry to put your groceries. Feedback- the pull out sofa only had extra sheets no blankets or comforter to be used. Make sure to pack extra if you plan to use. The water alert system made our water turn off twice- inconvenient for our stay. But the management company turned it back on. Also kitchen has no extras- bring salt, pepper, anything you might need.

The room was as described. The elevators in the condo take forever but that is no fault of this particular host. Check in and out was a breeze. Beautiful view!

Family Vacay

We had a great stay at Emerald Beach Resort. Location is great, the kids loved the pools and ice cream shop on site. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great view

Great view and location! Close to shopping and restaurants. Convenient having the sky bar/concession stand if you have little children. Check in and check out using the app was great!! Hassle free! Never had issues with parking.. more than enough parking in parking garage. Only complaint would be WiFi didn’t work

Find Another Property

I would skip staying in this unit and at this property all together. The unit itself has mold all over the corner of one wall next to the ac register in the living room. I contacted the management company. They promptly responded via text... but did nothing. I developed a respiratory infection during my stay and came home with bronchitis. So fun. Also mold in the bath/shower areas. So not cleaned well at all. Just quickly turned around. Hard to believe this got past cleaning and maintenance??? Also, just the weirdest circumstances in this property. It is a condo building but there is literally no employees onsight to talk to if you have a problem. You can only call a number. Lastly, the ice cream shop owner in the sky bridge had an interaction with a group of younger teens. He was upset with them and said all sorts of horrible curse words to that group of minors. Just inexcusable. The property management needs to cancel his contract.

Awesome place but check-in and other instructions were terrible

Great property, well maintained Condo, we were at Condo # 634. Check-in was really confusing and was on call with several people in order get in. The experience was so bad even the folks at the Wyndham counter attested to it. Wifi information on the Hospitality app was inaccurate too, had to call support to get Wifi details. However, we really liked the condo and it's location, very close to restaurants and shopping.
