The location was perfect for us and the views were incredible. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and each room was clean and neat.

The ocean view was the best part . The property was dirty and many broken items throughout the condo. The facilities it was in was gross. Smells lingered throughout it and the stairs had to be used a lot because of the elevators working at a slow speed. Make sure you really do your research and always wonder why a property could still be listed for a decent price during a busy time. I would not recommend this property and the owners should take it off until major improvements get done.

Great views!

The property was great, many things we wanted to do were within walking distance or a short drive. A couple of small issues with the en suite bathroom but not a big problem. Can’t beat the view and sounds of the waves from the balcony.

Amazing kiddie area

Condo was as advertised. Amazing children's pool. Loved the Sky Bar. Ice cream every night! The sliding door going to the balcony is unusable unless you have a lot of muscles. Glad there was a door out from the bedroom. I will stay at this complex again. The children loved it and thats what matters.

Parking deck

Emerald beach resort parking deck is poorly designed, I will not stay here again due to the nightmare of trying to get to your room from parking deck, you have to use 3 separate elevators to get to room with a luggage cart or baby stroller, never again for me, vrbo service was fine

2nd day had no water and laundry room flooded. Said to wash up linens but sign on drywr said do not leave unattended. Balcony door doesn't lock and had several burning out light bulbs.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our trip. The room was very clean and I liked the location. The room was very well furnished and The view was beautiful! One of the cons was the master bedrooms bed was very very uncomfortable. It looked like the boxspring was broken and there was wood underneath supporting the bed. Plus the whole process of getting from the room to the car is a lot to figure out at first but when you figure it out it’s not bad. There was convenient access to the pool and beach. It took us a hot minute to find the second pool with the activities. Everything was super clean and kept up our whole trip. I would definitely stay again. Just maybe in a different condo for a different bed. Our room was 536

Panama City trip

The property was very nice. The condo was clean except they did not empty the trashcan in the kitchen. We noticed scars and scratches on the furniture. So I took pictures and sent them in for your review. The only concern we had was that the hall bathroom tub was very slippery. It was not conducive for seniors getting out of the tub I bruised my knee. The parking lot was secure, appreciated the luggage racks on every parking deck. However, was kind of cumbersome getting from the parking lot to the condo. Yes, I would recommend your condo for future stay into friends.
