Seattle Retreat with Hot Tub & BBQ: Unwind in our spacious 2150sq ft house with a relaxing hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill, and cozy family room. Ideal for groups, with 4 comfy bedrooms, modern amenities, and close proximity to Seattle, Alderwood Mall and more!

Imagine this: Sinking into the bubbles of your private hot tub overlooking the serene waters of Martha Lake. Grilling up a feast on the BBQ as the sun. Exploring charming local trails and markets, then cozying up by the fire pit with loved ones under a blanket of stars. This isn't just a house, it's a gateway to endless relaxation, adventure, and connection.  
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a family, dining and living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a half bathroom. You can step outside through the patio door to access the fenced backyard, which features a hot tub, a fire pit, and a six sitter outdoor dining table on a deck. On the second floor, you will find a king-sized master bedroom with a private bathroom and two additional bedrooms with a full-sized bathroom. The house features 2-car garage and a driveway for 4 cars ensure convenience.

We enjoyed everything for the most part. Our propane tank went out after 10 minutes of use, I was told it would get replaced but the firepit never worked the rest of our stay. Everything else was fine. I forgot my $350 speaker and was not contacted regarding the speaker that was left which I don't appreciate but our faults for forgetting it lol

Seattle Graduation Event
We were visiting to celebrate our daughter receiving her Master's degree. We really enjoyed the property, especially the back yard and hot tub. The house is spacious and clean. We would recommend it for families.

Almost great...
Lots of room ,great kitchen, ice provided....but the garage did not open also and this is a tip for owner create a binder with instructions for washing machine,coffee pot,kitchen fan ect. Also and this is a small but important thing cork screw for wine a house this size should at least have 2 we had to find a long screw in garage and use my leatherman pliers i brought and finally we got the wine open.3-4 stars over all just missing little things another tip any one staying over 5 days get a welcome basket you could go to trader joes get a bottle of wine some snacks and chocolate bars for about 18- 25$ and your guests will remember it very fondly..just a thought small things to push you into that 4-5 star range!

At most I rate this property 2 stars. It falls short of a top rating in multiple areas. Many items in the house need to be fixed. The amount of wear on the baseboards in the bathrooms is disgusting. The dishwasher is old and the lid crashes. I found five big shards from drinking glasses. Two of those glasses were returned to the cupboard and were a hazard. The dishes and glasses are a mismatch and many are old and worn. A toilet paper holder was missing with a patched and unpainted wall left behind. A large cleaning fee is charged, but there was hair in sinks from previous users, old razors in the shower, a ring on the kitchen floor, the dryer was full of clothes. I had to bring in the garbage cans from the street at 8pm, take trash out, etc. I shouldn’t be asked to do this when I’m already being charged for it. The house is not prepared for visitors. Wi-Fi had no login or password which was written up last summer yet unchanged. Also didn’t have the garage remote when as promised until it was left at the front door at 10pm. No instructions on how to use an complicated Apple tv remote. No description of where to find towels, no facial tissues, no extra paper towels. Television seating faced away from the wall mounted television, making relaxed viewing impossible. The flooring is a miss-match of various wood types, marble, and tile which was jarring. The bedroom draperies are ill fitted with many gaps. The mattresses, although extremely firm, are not of a high hotel quality.

It is very close to Seattle Space Needle, Alderwood shopping mall, and unique restaurants and local attractions. 5 min walking distance away from Martha Lake and Starbucks. Marta Lake is the spot for kayaking or swimming in open water.

First, the house is located in a highly desirable neighborhood. The neighborhood is quiet and upscale, with easy shopping, dining, and recreation access. It is also well-served by public transportation, making it easy to get around without a car.

Second, the guest house is well-maintained and features several unique amenities.
Practically every bedroom is equipped with a television. The beds are cozy, complemented by ample extra bedding. The house boasts a generously spacious open floor plan, allowing large groups to carve out their individual spaces. Each room is adorned with sizable windows that welcome abundant natural light. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a gas stove. The island countertop, paired with a generously sized kitchen dine-in table featuring six chairs, ensures that cooking and dining become remarkably enjoyable and memorable experiences. Access the fenced backyard deck through the kitchen patio door, where you can convene in the hot tub, gather around the large dining table, or circle the firepit for entertaining conversations on family matters. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet.

We've recently added a hammock, providing a serene space for you and your loved ones to sway gently and connect during tranquil, breezy afternoons, all while enjoying a cup of coffee or cocoa.

Apart from the main house, the property features a two-car garage and an additional four-car capacity on the private driveway. This ensures that your friends and family can conveniently park their vehicles close and easily walk to the house.
