Welcome to Brookhaven!
Spacious house with deck, stainless steel appliances.
3 BEDROOMS (2 queen beds + 1 twin bed) 2 full baths and large living room.
Kitchen has a regular oven, 4 burner range, 1 coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, pots, pans, plates, utensils, seasonings, and a deck with view to the backyard.

On the patio, there is a BBQ's and a fire pit accessible to the Fire Chief (please see house rules).

Your stay includes:
- Coffee maker w/ assortment of coffee/tea
- TV with Apple TV
- WiFi
- Towels
- 2 bikes and 2 surfboards (at your own risk)
- Short drive to the ocean, bay, ferry to Fire Island, train and Bellport.

There is an attached studio where owner stay sometimes with private entrance . There is not physical or acoustical connection.
This is a family house and it should be left the way it was found. :)

Cancelled last minute

90 minutes before check in, I still hadn’t received instructions for the house. I reached out to the owner, who responded that the electricity went out and then cancelled my stay. Had I not reached out myself, I am not sure when I would’ve gotten this information. I had to scramble to find another place last minute.

Renter Beware - Cancelled last minute and late refund

I have booked the property 3 weeks ahead of my stay. Two days before the rental I had not received check-in information, thus I reached out via Vrbo and directly to the property owner asking about the stay. The property owner then informed me that the property was double booked and my stay had to be canceled. There was no explanation of how the double booking happened nor how it was decided that ours have to be canceled. The story did not end there, the property owner didn’t issue a refund even after the cancellation was imminent. Upon opening 3 cases online and on the phone with Vrbo, I finally got the refund more than 1 week after the cancellation was communicated. Double booking could happen but we are very disappointed in how it was communicated late without explanation. The refund was also issued very late after the cancellation and only happened after hours of following up with Vrbo support and the property owner. The idea of a rental property is so that you could plan out a vacation with your family. Ruining it two days before the rental and not getting your money back is the last thing you’d want.

Fantastic artist home

Juan and his wife were wonderful. The artwork is amazing and the house was spotless. Highly recommend this property.

Peaceful and lovely stay in Brookhaven

Despite the weather that was really rainy, we had a really nice family time at Juan’s house. His house is beautifully decorated and comfy. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the backyard but it looked absolutely gorgeous. Juan has been very responsive to all of our needs. We will definitely come back!

Great Stay!

The space is great! Cozy, comfortable, clean and spacious. The yard is nice and was able to enjoy family time in this space nicely. Great location, close to Smithpoint Beach and other great sites to see. Highly recommend to eat at Painters Restaurant for delish food and drinks, its literally 3 mins from the house. Overall a great place to gather and enjoy quality time together. Juan is a great host very accommodating and excellent communication. Thank you
