Private 1 bedroom apt in a quiet neighborhood, close to all!

A 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a fenced in patio area - perfect wind down after a day filled with Long Island Fun! A short drive to all major highways, super close to food, fun, and more! Minutes from Stonybrook hospital, Downtown Port Jefferson, and much more!

Washer and Dryer available in unit for guest use.

Please park in front of the house on the street. Look for the sign on the entry gate that displays the house number, along with another sign below it indicating the “Guest entrance.” Kindly avoid parking in front of the neighboring houses.

No smoking, no open flames, candles, incense, etc. There is a $500 fee for smoking inside the property.

No additional guests that are not included in your booking, if you wish to have a guest while here, please add them to your booking for the relevant day/days.

We love the fur-fam and we mean it! We are avid dog/cat lovers and are happy to host you and your fur-fam.

If bringing a pet, we require that you notify us before booking so that we can ensure proper amenities if any are necessary.

If you arrive with a pet without notifying us, your stay will be refused.

Please read and follow our house rules:

Dogs/cats must be up to date on vaccinations/heartworm/flea & tick medication.

Dogs must be house trained, crate trained, and never left unattended to roam the apartment or property.

Cats must be litter trained. Litter box/Scratching post available for use upon request.

Crates/bowls/waste bags are available upon request, just let us know what you need and what sizes so we can have them available for use.

We can not host aggressive pets. This is not a breed thing, simply a behavior thing.

The apartment area has a fenced in patio for your use. The yard outside of the patio area is not available for guest use.

Pet waste is to be disposed of in pet waste bags and left in the outside waste cans.

If staying with children, be sure to message and let me know if there are any amenities you will need. Most are available upon request - including pack and play, baby monitor, etc).

Dogs live here, gates to property and apartment area must be closed at all times.

Absolutely no illegal substances or activity of any kind.

This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood - we require that you are respectful of our neighbors. Quiet from 10pm - 8am.

If you or any person in your party breaches any of these house rules, you will be asked to leave immediately, you forfeit the remainder of your stay and you forfeit your right to leave a review.
