Charming Ocean Block Condo!! Mid town, Across from Convention Ctr NEW BATHROOM!!

Our condo is so cozy and comfy you won’t want to leave! Just steps away from the beach and directly across the street from Convention Center. We are close to many restaurants, ice cream shops, Jolly Rogers, surf shops and the famous OC bar Seacrets! No need to bring Beach chairs, we provide 4 Tommy Bahama chairs for your convenience. We are steps away from the beach! You can hear the waves in the morning while drinking your coffee!
NEW FOR 2025 - Remodeled Bathroom
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
1. This condo is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) with one parking space (additional public parking out front of condo
2. We do not rent to high school seniors or parents booking for their children
3. This is NO smoking permitted of any kind in the condo
4. Per Condo rules there are no pets allowed
5. We do not supply sheets and towels.
6. Please bring all of your own toiletries

Great weekend spot. Unit was clean and welcoming and had everything you need to be comfortable. Parking was easy and location is great- short walk to the beach, walking distance to several restaurants and stores and bus stops.

Very clean and decorated beautifully, walking distance to beach is a plus since there is no pool. Will likely stay here again. Check in was easy and Gina was an awesome host checking on us to see if we needed anything throughout our stay.

Beautiful condo, great location!

Stayed here for a weekend with my sister and it was perfect! Condo was very clean, plenty of open space and Gina was a great host. Location was on point, lots of food and shopping near by.

Fantastic condo in perfect location

Gina’s place is great! The first thing that struck us is how clean it was - we actually kept our shoes off in the property it was that clean! It has everything you need for a great stay and is a couple of steps from the beach. Check in was super easy and we loved our stay. Highly recommend!

The condo was adorable. The place was clean and well put together. Owners were super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Directly across from the convention center and location was perfect for walking to near by restaurants and activities in the area. We will definitely be back to stay.

Great property and location!

We loved our stay at the Lobo shack 2!! Gina couldn’t have been more helpful and was always quick to respond and pleasant. The property was well maintained, right on the beach and close to everything. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely rent again from Gina!

Perfect Quick Getaway

Gina was truly an amazing host from start to finish! I cannot say enough good things about her and her condo! The place was CLEAN this is a huge importance to me. Her condo ia beautifully decorated, the beds are comfy, and the location is great! I would absolutely stay again!

The property is very clean, furniture is nicely placed in the the rooms. Has got all the necessary items that you need for a comfortable vacation. It is located few steps from the beach, so we could just take couple of chairs and go there. Check in process was convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

Best VRBO stay

We couldn’t be happier with our stay here. Gina was an amazing host! The condo was clean, bed was comfy and easy to get to everything. The beach is so close you can easily go back and forth to the condo multiple times a day. We were able to walk to many restaurants that are nearby. I can’t say enough good things about this stay! We will be back!

We are a family of 4 that loves the sun, surf and atmosphere of Ocean City. We decided 3 years ago to buy a condo and we loved it so much that we bought our neighbors! We have updated this condo with fresh paint, decorations, furniture and new carpet! We can not be there all of the time so we decided to rent our condos so that other families can enjoy our little slice of heaven as much as we do!

We are located in Mid-Town OC close to everything! We are steps away from the beach which makes life so great! Our condo is cute, cozy and sparkling clean!! We make sure our cleaning team sanitizes everything in condo before our guest arrive. I take pride in making sure my condo is always in excellent condition!
