Oceanfront Home with Beach Views that Don't End

Our home offers 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites, 3.5 bathrooms and an inverted floorplan with upstairs living and dining. The views cannot be beat. Enjoy your morning coffee / tea or an afternoon cocktail while watching the waves roll in. This beachfront property is the perfect place to relax and recharge with family and friends while enjoying direct beach access and never-ending ocean views. This home offers new HVAC systems with ion air purifiers for improved air quality (upstairs replaced in February 2025 and downstairs replaced in July 2021), quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances (new fridge June 2021), and plank floors throughout (no carpet in the home). Enjoy 2 oceanfront master suites with access to the beachfront deck. Both master suites offer king beds (with new mattress as of Jan 2021) and a private bathroom (new vanities / toilets in bathrooms as of May 2021). The 3rd bedroom offers a king bed while the 4th bedroom has a bunk bed (bottom bunk is a full and upper bunk is a twin) to allow for multiple or larger families. Each bedroom offers an outlet with USB plug built in. There is extra sleeping space available in the living room, the sofa pulls out to accommodate 2 additional persons.

While at the beach you can also enjoy all of the amenities you are used to at home. We offer high speed internet, DIRECTV streaming, games and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room table easily seats 10 people (new as of Jan 2021). There is a pack n' play, high chair and baby gates available in the 4th bedroom closet. Laundry is located on the first floor with a LG washer and dryer new in 2023. Three gates have been added to the deck as of Jan 2021. Gates located on the upstairs deck, at the end of the deck leading to the beach and at the steps leading down to the outdoor shower.

Linen Package Includes:
Sheets for every bed, including the pull out sofa
1 towel & 1 wash cloth - service for 11 - max number of people home accommodates
Bath mat and hand towel for each bathroom
Kitchen towel set (1 dish towel and 1 dish cloth)
Additional towels and beach towels are available for an additional charge
Note: Clean linens will be provided in a bin, beds will not be made

A 3rd party company will take trash / recycling bins to the road the night before pick-up and place them back up at the home the day after the trash is picked up.
