Simple elegance that will call you back to one of the most wonderful areas in the South. Our condo boasts clutter free decor with high quality furnishings and linens.

Every personality and age group in your party will find their fun! Golfers, tennis players, bikers, runners, walkers, shoppers, beach lovers, explorers, foodies....there is something for everyone!

Pawleys Island is BEAUTIFUL. Litchfield Beach has miles and miles of walking. The Low Country offers food for the eyes, heart and soul. It is a FEAST ...you will LOVE Pelican Nichee' as your home away from home.

Enjoy fun filled days on the beach building sand castles, surfing the waves, playing beach games, reading, walking or bicycling. Treat your taste buds with the delicious food at many of the wonderful restaurants in the area. Golf in the area is fantastic as well!

LOVE this wonderful condo on the beach at Litchfield by the Sea! So well equipped and comfortable; lovely hosts.This is my "go-to" place at the beach!

It rained most of the time we were there but being ocean front and hearing the waves made our time special and relaxing. Very clean and thankful for extras like Kleenex, paper towels, easy tv access, etc.

Beautiful beachfront condo

Excellent overall stay. Communication with Marci was super easy and the place was stocked very well. The location is absolutely perfect with a huge balcony with a beautiful view. Will definitely plan on staying again and would highly recommend!

The condo and the property were wonderful! We try to stay at Litchfield by the Sea every October when we come down to play golf. The hot tub closest to our unit wasn’t working well, but there was another one on the property that worked amazing! Perfect for helping to loosen those sore muscles from golfing. The balcony had amazing views of the sunrise each morning. The bedroom had its own balcony, which is why I selected the property. There’s nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the ocean.

Marci and Melinda were wonderful hosts from start to finish. Booking and check-in/out were so easy and pleasant. The condo is very nice, very clean and has all the amenities you'll need! The porch is amazing and the view is spectacular! We ate all of our meals out there! It's a quick and easy walk to the beach and pool. Our stay was 10/10 and we can't wait to go back to Pelican Niche!
