The Space:

The sound of waves greets you each morning as you step onto your private balcony, where emerald waters stretch endlessly before you. Sunlight pours through wide windows, filling the open living space with a glow that mirrors the beach just steps away. In the evening, you can linger outdoors with a drink in hand, watching the horizon melt into vibrant Gulf sunsets. Every moment here places you closer to the rhythm of the shoreline.



Sleeping arrangements

This condo is designed to comfortably host up to 8 guests across three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two private suites each feature a king bed and en-suite bathrooms, with one suite including a soaking tub for added comfort. The third bedroom offers two full beds and access to a shared hall bath. Every room includes closet storage, fresh linens, and extra pillows and blankets to ensure a restful night’s sleep.



Outdoor living

From your private deck, you have direct access to the soft white sand of 30A, thanks to the rare grandfathered beach walkway that connects the Sugar Dunes Condominiums to the shore. Two beach chair setups are provided from March through October, making it easy to spend your days lounging by the water. The spacious balcony also includes an outdoor dining area, perfect for morning coffee or a sunset meal overlooking the Gulf.



Kitchen & dining

An open-concept layout brings the kitchen, dining, and living spaces together, creating a natural hub for gathering. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need for preparing meals, and a SONOS speaker system lets you set the mood while you cook. The living area includes a large Smart TV and high-speed WiFi, ideal for family movie nights or staying connected during your stay.



Amenities & convenience

You’ll have access to a washer and dryer for your laundry needs, and the building includes elevator access for added ease. Self check-in is available through a secure keypad, and two parking spaces are reserved for your use. The community emphasizes quiet enjoyment and safety, with rules in place during peak months restricting golf carts and personal beach chairs. Additional beach chair setups are available through the onsite vendor if needed.

Beach Rules

Private chairs are not permitted from March to October. Guests must rent additional chairs from the beach chair vendor on site (Spyglass). Additional chair setups (2 Chairs + 1 Umbrella) are $35/Day.

The beach access is for Sugar Dunes renters and owners only. No visiting guests are permitted to use the private beach.

Full refund minus $250 if canceled 60+ days before arrival

50% refund minus $250 if canceled 30–60 days before arrival

No refunds for cancellations within 30 days



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Beautiful

This condo was beautiful. Met all our needs were able to enjoy coffee on the porch and watch the ocean and dolphins. Easy access to the beach but I wish we would have known the unit came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella we found out during our stay by asking the guy who put them out. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The TV in the master suite has parental settings so anything PG13 and above you need a passcode which we don’t have.

Amazing View and Beach Access!

This is the second time that we have stayed at On Cloud 9, and we love it! We have two toddlers, and the access to the beach directly from the balcony is amazing and makes diaper changes and quick trips back to the condo so easy. Also, the view from the balcony is stunning. We can't wait to visit again!

Great Space, Great Location

Three good sized bedrooms and three full bathrooms, on the beach is a great place to start. Beautifully renovated with lovely finishes and a wrap around deck seal the deal. Well stocked kitchen and a closet of beach gear were a bonus. We would definitely rent this unit again. Can’t beat the views, especially for sunsets.

This condo is absolutely perfect! Fabulous location and just beautiful. Five of us girls came to stay for a relaxing week and this condo was right on the beach. Just what the doctor ordered!

Perfect location. Beautiful beach

This property is lovely. It is recently redone. The location is a dream. The accommodations were pleasant. The cleaning standards weren’t up to my standards but once pointed out management agreed and said things would be handled with the cleaning staff. We had multiple issues with residents who live in the complex. They make it very well known they do not like renters. We were yelled at by homeowners telling us they don’t like renters. The apartment above us had a disposal situation that caused a leak in our kitchen on and off for the duration of our stay. We were told that beach chairs were available to rent and we did not need to reserve ahead of time. The chair rental company decided to close the week we rented so there was no access to rentals because the property is under an exclusive contract. We were told we could rent a golf cart. Please note, if you rent this unit there is no garage so you must rent a gas cart but the owners on the property do not like carts parked in the property. We were not told any of this ahead of time. We had to exchange the electric cart we rented. Also, we were not told that there was no place inside of the property gates to keep rental bikes. A definite learning curve for first timers that did not lend to the most relaxing week. It was our first time on 30a. The towns are dreamy, restaurants amazing and beaches perfection. This rental unit has great potential but hopefully management and the homeowners association can work out their problems. Management company was very responsive at the time. We were told we would be compensated for our unfortunate experience. We were only credited for cleaning and administrative fees.
