This recently remodeled place has a private, covered hot tub just four steps from your door.
Inside your gate is a fenced yard, patio, and private hot tub.
The fence behind the boxwood bushes is only as tall as the bushes, allowing for a view from the hot tub.
You have the entire unit and fenced yard area to yourself with your own outside entrance. You may hear people above you or sounds from guests next door, although there is a 12-foot space in between the two units.
Park by the start of the heated stairs and follow the low cascade stairs and sidewalk leading to your unit.

One parking space on the premises is available for your use.
GUEST ACCESS:
Private lower-level suite in a multi-unit home. You’ll have your own private entrance, private hot tub, and designated yard space. Please note this is not a standalone home—there is another unit next door and a unit above.
Guests may hear normal living sounds from the unit above.
You'll have the entire apartment to yourself, including exclusive use of the hot tub.
A privacy fence separates you from the unit next door. Shrubs in the front area serve as part of the fenced-in yard, as there is a short fence behind them. It is short so as not to obstruct the view.
Above you is the living room and bathroom for the unit above you.
Quick access to the I-215 freeway. 23 minutes to Salt Lake International Airport and 47 minutes to Park City. Located less than a mile from the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon.

Please read before booking:
• This is one of two private units located beneath the main house
• There is a separate unit next door separated by a 12 foot space between you and a unit above
• You may hear normal living sounds from above or next door
• Each unit has its own private entrance, private hot tub, and own designated outdoor space
• The yard areas are separated by fencing and privacy curtains, you will walk past another unit to get to your designated fenced area I dictated I. The photos. No one enters your fenced area except hot tub maintenance or yard care during grass cutting season.
There is one parking spot available on the property. Additional vehicles or trailers must park on the street.
There is a $25 nightly pet fee for each pet. The pet must be disclosed when booking, and the pet fee must be paid before check-in.
Please pick up your pet droppings as soon as possible. It is not allowed to leave pets alone in the backyard when you are not on the premises.
Hot tub maintenance personnel will service the hot tubs daily between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Please make sure no pets are left unattended in the backyard.
Our hot tubs are serviced daily, ensuring chlorine levels are clean, healthy, and safe according to CDC guidelines
Utah is home to many pests that you can encounter both inside and outside the unit, as well as in the city. To learn more about Utah's common pests by visiting utahpestcontrol dot com. Click on pests and select ants, boxelder bugs, carpet beetles, cockroaches, squirrels and other members of the rodent family, spiders, wasps, elm seed bugs, water bugs, or any other pests you might encounter while visiting our state or on or in our property. We do our best to keep them out of the unit, but please be aware that you may encounter any of these pests, especially since your back door provides quick access to the backyard grounds. Please help by keeping the door shut and crumbs and sweets swept off the floor.
Please know we have a field beyond the backyard fence. As a result, it is possible to encounter squirrels, rabbits, a field mouse, or other members of the rodent family, or other creatures that may dwell there. Although it is rare, we want you to know it's possible. We have even seen deer in the front yard from time to time.
You will hear people above you and possibly those in the next-door unit, although a 12-foot space separates you from the unit next door.
There is a sofa sleeper available if you book for 3 or more. Otherwise, there is no bedding provided and there is a privacy strap. Specific usage instructions are provided and the strap removed by us if you have booked for 3 or more persons. Cutting the security strap is a $100 fine.
Please let us know when you'd like to book if you need to use the electric vehicle (EV) charger. We allow one free charge per stay and $10 per day thereafter. Please schedule this in advance when booking to make sure it's available to charge when needed.
We're on a septic tank, and we also loathe septic tank-safe toilet paper. However, we dislike it even more when non-septic-safe toilet paper is used or any other material enters the system. Please note that we aren't trying to be frugal with the toilet paper provided, and we kindly request that you refrain from bringing your own.
FIREPLACE:
The fireplace is fueled by natural gas, so the damper must be open before starting a fire. Open the damper by looking up the chimney and pulling it toward you before using the remote to turn it on. Do not turn off the pilot light. If you do so, please let us know so we can schedule to have it relit after your stay. The fireplace is operational all year except during the extreme heat months of June, July, August, and September.
