This beautiful private spacious home has 14’ high ceiling in living room, kitchen and dining room, ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms with a salt water pool is located in Marathon, the heart of the Florida Keys.

This house is perfect for families and/or 2 couples traveling together featuring 2 master suites with separate bathrooms. This 2-bedroom 2-1 1/2-bath home is fully furnished. Fully stocked large kitchen with top of the line appliances, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, bullet blender/juicer and all the utensils and cookware you will need. Central air, WIFI and alllinens and towels provided. We also provide a pack -n-play and highchair.

Private 14’x28’ in-ground salt water swimming pool with a heater/chiller. Relax in the screened in patio with a bar/lounge area with beautiful comfortable furniture. Pool area has several large umbrellas and plenty of patio lounge furniture for everyone! Each bedroom has a queen bed with pillow-top mattresses, flat screen HDTV and DVD player. Both bedrooms have their own private full bathroom with tub and shower. One bedroom has access to back screen in patio w/pool and ocean view. Two sofas in the living room have pull out queen mattresses. Living room has large flat screen HDTV that swings around to view anywhere in the living area. Large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, ironing board /iron and hairdryer. Powder room off the living room area. There are 4-beach chairs w/umbrella, cooler and beach cabana for you to take to the beach!

This is a smoke free and pet free home!

Sombrero Beach is located 3.9 miles south.

Visit Key West for the day, its 1-hour south and it’s a beautiful drive.

We are 2 hours from Miami Airport and about 2 ½ hours from Fort Lauderdale Airport and 1 hour from Key West Airport. We are located across the highway from Marathon Airport

Carport parking 77” height. 17.5’ wide x 32' deep parking. Additional parking 17.5’ wide x 25' deep from road to carport.

If you are bringing your boat, please review the above height and parking details. The nearest free public dock is 2 miles north at MM 54, we are located at MM 52.

So much more elegant than the photos! Very well furnished with everything you could possibly need! Incredible house with nice heated pool. Very close to everything in Marathon. Close to sopping, beaches, restaurants and more!

Our stay was ok. We never used the pool because it was constantly filled with leaves, there seems to be a lot of bees in the area and the timeframe we stayed the sun never hit it. There is a keypad for entry that seemed to have an issue where in the middle of the night it would state that the code had been entered too many times and to try again later. It was unnerving. Possibly the battery needs replacing.

Everything about this home was amazing! The kitchen was large enough for multiple chefs in the kitchen! The bedroom setup has a private bathroom for each room and an extra half bath as well! The downstairs area was a great extra space for anyone enjoying the outdoors without being in the outdoors!

The house was nice. The neighborhood was ok. Close to shopping/restaurants. The house had everything we needed. For the price we paid it was a good deal. It was just me and the boys to do some fishing so perfect for us. Manager was very easy to work with and communicated very well. We would stay here again.

Fun in the Sun

Roomy, well equipped kitchen and laundry room, outdoor area was great and the pool was kept clean by a pool company every Monday morning. Had a small issue that the owner and the emergency contact handled quickly and it was resolved within an hour. Would stay here again.

Great Trip to escape the cold winter

Loved this place. Heated Pool with pool toys, chairs for the beach and fully stocked kitchen. On a great street, where you can walk down to see the ocean. Close to parks and Sombero beach. Just an hour from Key West. Thanks for a great escape.

Great Family Trip Again!

This is the second time we stayed at this home. Jim and Leigh Ann were helpful and the home was perfect once again. Perfect Vacation house!

Absolutely loved this home. Great for 2 couples, floor plan was wonderful having 2 master bedrooms. The pool and patio area was the Best! Great week in Marathon

We had a wonderful weeks stay at the property for our family vacation! We could not have asked for a better place to come back to after a full day of fun in the keys! The house was clean, comfortable and had Everything that we needed to make our stay perfect! The owner was very nice, and easy to get a hold, and quick to respond, for the few questions we had! Beautiful Home

This was my first time visiting the Keys, and we absolutely loved it. Great location, the communication with Adriana was always very helpful, and she was very quick to reply to any of my questions. The house has a beautiful pool, great kitchen, and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The entire process was seemless, we had a great time. Only wished we had stayed longer. We would definitely come back to Marathon, and stay at Adriana's property again. Loved it!

Overall this house is well done and is well appointed. Beds are comfortable, but furniture is not. Pool is nice. Screened in porch at second floor and screened sitting area at ground level are a plus, but badly needed cleaning. Would rent again.
