This light and airy 2 bedroom/ 1 bath was recently purchased and freshly renovated. It is fully furnished and ready for you to make yourself at home. It features a recently updated kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. The two bedrooms sleep four; with a king bed in the first bedroom and two twin xls in the second. Equipped with central air throughout and a pull-out sofa bed if needed. The patio out front with dining table and chairs offers a beautiful spot to relax, take in the sounds of the ocean, and enjoy a meal or wine with friends.

We have everything you need for a relaxing vacation- fully stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, towels, umbrellas, and even shark tooth sifters for your day at the beach. There is a laundry closet with a shared washer/dryer and for those with children- we have a crib, pack and play, and highchair for your use upon request. You also get hassle-free off-street parking for one car on the property.

Come relax and unwind in our beautiful beach town. Spend your days soaking up the sun at the beach, dolphin watching, shelling, and shark tooth hunting, then rinse off in the outdoor shower, and explore the shops in our Historic Downtown. Community tennis and basketball courts near downtown as well as a marina nearby for boat rentals and more. Multiple public golf courses are just a short drive away. Venice Island is a vibrant and friendly community and is sure to become one of your favorite places to visit.
