Peoria Pool House: resort style back yard w 2 pools, waterfalls, grass acre

Welcome to the Peoria Pool House in Peoria AZ where 2 lion statues will greet you at the front door. There is a huge heated diving pool (extra charge in winter months for pool heat) and a second play pool with a water fountain that is not heated. There is a small lazy river for the littles. This home is child friendly but we do not have a pool fence so littles must be monitored or use the high door locks to insure they don’t wander out. There is also an alarm chirp you may turn on to sound if any door is opened.
Events are allowed with an extra charge and a refundable deposit for grounds cleaning specifically for parties. City of Peoria noise ordinance requires quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. All events must be pre approved.
This luxury home is 5,000 sf with 5 bedrooms, 3 King bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms all with Tempur-Pedic mattresses and smart TVs. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms plus there is a guest powder bath. The three king rooms have their own exit doors making it perfect for guests to come and go without disturbing their housemates. 2 car garage and laundry room are included. The garage can be used for cocktail hour or as a game room.
Music and lights are run with Savant system. Stream Sirius and Pandora music throughout the property. Smart TV in both living rooms and one in each bedroom. And there is a 50 inch rolling TV that can move around the property for movie night on the grass or in the pool.
There is room for 10 guests to stay overnight but four extra guests could sleep on couches if needed. This is the perfect place for families to hang out and relax.
Yard games are croquet, badminton and cornhole and a large grass yard where football can be played. Various board games are available.
I have many exterior cameras installed through out the exterior of the property to monitor the plant health of this one acre lot. I do not monitor these cameras when guests are staying unless a neighbor has a complaint.
