This was a great little location and a neat little place. Simple, clean and well equipped. It was perfect for a short stay and conveniently located close to town, but in the country away from the hustle and bustle.

Perfect location

The Turtle house provided our family of 4 a quiet place to relax after partaking in all the “things.” Perfect place to stay for Devils Tower, spearfish canyon, deadwood. Comfortable, and clean. We would stay again for sure!

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved it here, to the point my kids didn’t want to leave! It was such a cute little place, out in the quiet and perfect for our getaway. It was a great location for all activities, especially exploring Spearfish Canyon. We would definitely stay again if we come back that way from Wisconsin!

My little family loved staying here! Awesome proximity to Spearfish and Deadwood, but you feel like you're in the hills/countryside which we love. Great amenities. Grateful we found this place for a quick vacation!

Cute place. Perfect for our stay. Very clean and comfy. So cool to find out we were next door neighbors to the Termesphere Gallery. Got to visit there and meet Dick. Nice and close to town and the Spearfish Canyon but felt like you were in the country.

Great Stay in the Turtle House!

We had a wonderful and cozy Valentines/Presidents Day weekend in the Turtle House. It was great to visit the Termeshere Gallery and Dick and Markie. We had planned to do some snowshoeing but with -22o temps we settled for hot toddies and movies instead! It has everything one needs for 2 - 4 people for a great getaway in the northern Black Hills!
