True Vacation Rental

We loved our stay. Property is set up as a true vacation rental and you don't end up feeling like you rent someone else's home. Clean and comfortable, with a grate outdoor space that is an entertainment on it's own. The owner is easy to communicate and responds very quickly.

Wonderful pool and house

We had a family of four with 2 additional older family members stay here and it was the perfect place for our vacation. We came in April, and the temps were in the high 90’s, which made the amazing pool and lounge area perfect for our trip. The owner is highly responsive and made sure to get back to us quickly when we needed help with the pool or spa. The house and pool are brand new and beautiful. I cannot recommend this highly enough. I would not recommend this house for young kids, as it is right next to a lake, but for water-safe kids, this was an incredible home.

February Bliss 2022

Awesome home, well appointed. Works well for small groups, up to 3 couples or 2 families with children. We were 4 ladies enjoying a long weekend of pool floating and hot tubbing, with happy hours at the firepit and dinner outside. The house has been updated and is very comfortable with a fantastic outdoor space with a terrific view. The property manager Gary was beyond responsive to our needs, the best I have seen at a VRBO property. If there was a single negative it was the mandate to throw out everything that was closed or unused instead of paying it forward to the next guest and the need to buy all kitchen spices, oils etc to be able to cook. A Winco close by allowed for low cost purchases of these staples.

PARADISE

I Wasn't a fan for location...until!! WE ARRIVED....the home was just stunning, very crisp and modern in style....the kitchen was amazing with everything you would want, dishes, glassware, plastic and grilling....just wow factor....spacious, super comfortable beds...bathroom accommodations were superb...and now for the best of all...Outside amenities...the pool was an experience of it's own...from lights, to water falls, the infinity pool up to the lake was amazing....nite was beautiful with all the gas lighting, night lights in pool, jacuzzi was perfect in tempature, the jets were spot on....seating all around the pool inside and jacuzzi as well. The outside table was large, and the grilling station was amazing. Plenty of seating from inside to outside the patio areas.....comfortable, very well taken care of...shade galore with umbrellas in all the right places. Privacy was shockingly perfect....the views of mountains at sun up and sun set was stunning. HOT, YOU BET, but, the inside of home cooled well...and at night, you don't want to leave the pool, its just the most relaxing of all time for us. BONUS: OUR HOST GARY WAS OUTTA THIS WORLD. All things are managed by texting...no matter what time, no matter what your needs are..He IS AVAILABLE..AND YOU FEEL as if he is you personal BUTLER!! no really! HE IS SO ACCOMMODATING. He sent out a special gift for Me, who was who booked this vacation, and I was shocked, surprised...and overwhelmed with gratitude. Our last day I was so pleased, I invited him to personally meet us...and he did, and showed up with a Starbucks order on our last day. We went with my Daughter & Son in law...and His mother and my husband. OUR 2 MONTH OLD WAS just in heaven with us all in A NEW EXPERIENCE AND ADVENTURE WE NOW CALL PARADISE.....who woulda thought in Indio....A GEM FIND....DON'T PASS THIS UP....

Awesome getaway

The property was immaculate and the outside pool area is pretty much a resort. Property manager is super responsive too which was awesome. Great area close to golf courses and grocery stores too.
