Beachside of Hwy 98! Only steps to the beach for the best sunsets in the world! Very spacious townhouse that can accommodate one large family or two small families. No pets and No smoking. Newly renovated 2025. Very good mattress’ on all the beds. All three bedrooms have a full bathroom and a private balcony. Game room w/ full size pool/air hockey gaming table & bunks!

Very nice home. The rooms are perfect and clean. The host Donnie was very accommodative! Loved our time there with our family!

Family Holiday Getaway

Clean, comfy and cozy townhouse with plenty of room to gather in living room and each to enjoy large bedrooms. Beach side of hwy. 98 makes for a very short and enjoyable walk to the white sand beach. We visit this area often because it is very peaceful. If your looking for shopping, restaurants, etc. it’s only 20 minute or so drive to Panama City and 12 miles to Port St. Joe.

Fabulous home close to beach

The house was wonderful with beautiful furnishings and very clean. Balconies and porch are great. Could use a few little touches like hangers in closets, stand-up ironing board, and more generous supply of towels. Some small decorations are broken and should be replaced. But those suggestions did not take away from the stay. Truly enjoyed.

Thanks Jennifer for your feedback on our townhouse. We are glad you enjoyed it. We had hangers in the closets previously. Another guest must have taken them. The ironing board is in the laundry room. We did get more towels brought to you, this was an error by our cleaning company but has been addressed. Not aware of any broken decor, we were there recently and did not notice anything broken. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to make yours and other guests experience the best it can be. Thanks again for staying at our townhouse.

Nice vacay

Checking was very easy. The place was well taken care of and clean, although the garbage outside had not been taken out before we arrived. (Not much the owners could have done about that, though.) Very comfortable beds. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Would definitely stay there again.

This house has plenty of room, a fun game room, kitchen with everything you need and a quick walk to the beach. Owner was quick to answer all my questions. We felt right at home!

We love Mexico Beach

Great property nice spacious layout. Love the fenced in back patio. Short walking distance to a beautiful beach. Great to see Mexico Beach recovering. This was our first time back since the hurricane. So glad it’s keeping the small town appeal.

Beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was very pretty, and we found everything that we needed. (Except beach towels, but we had our own anyways) The walk to the beach is short, and not a problem, even for our two-year-old! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Absolutely stunning

This home was incredible. It was super clean, and had the major WOW factor! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need, and my family and I enjoyed our stay there, and spending Easter together. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Great place close to beach access

The townhouse was very nice and clean. There was a bathroom in each bedroom. We could easily walk to the beach. We loved the large back patio with grill. We hope to vacation at this townhouse again in the future. The owner was very responsive with any questions.

Weekend shelling excursion

The beach house was perfect. Very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Perfect for family gathering and a Very short walk to the water. Definitely recommend!
