Thank you Janae for your kind words about our amazing view and comfortable home, we enjoyed having you! I wanted to make it clear to anyone else who may be considering renting our home, of the details of both the multiple bathrooms and the bunkroom, in our home. The upstairs has a full bath (tub/shower combo) attached to the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms have an attached sink and toilet (there is a door separating the bedroom to the attached half bath). There is also a shower and sink in a separate room in between the bedrooms, but not attached to any of the bedrooms. Downstairs there is large enclosed outdoor shower that all of our guests use and love as they return from the beach. It (like all the other showers) has a caddy with shampoo/body wash/conditioner attached, so no need to bring your own. Last, there is another full bath in the lower level attached to the queen bedroom with a shower, toilet, double vanity. As far as the bunkroom, it has two single beds, two Big Joe chairs, built in shelving with area for hang up clothing, and a 45" 4k smart TV that is separated from the other rooms with a barn door. Thank you for your kind words about our great views, deck and location to the beach! I'm sorry you did not find our four toilets/sinks and three showers adequate to suit your needs. In regards to the swing, it was damaged just prior to your stay (not safe) and removed. The replacement swing is on backorder (due to the global pandemic) from a local vendor. There is however, ample seating in that covered deck area, consisting of six Adirondack chairs. I'm happy that I was able to address and grant your numerous requests including an early check in. We work very hard to make sure our guests have a great stay! 🙂

Thank you for the nice words about the great view, new floors, well equipped kitchen and new TV. The Samsung 4K 55 inch TV is only a few months old and several of our guests have personally let us know how much they have enjoyed it. I am sorry you had trouble with the remote.

We are so glad you loved the house and its location 60 yards from the beach! We are sorry you experienced noise from the Lookout Lounge during the busy July 4th holiday week. While not normally a problem, had we known, we would have reported it as Gulf County has noise ordinance 99-03 in effect. We are pleased we were able to satisfy your many other requests during your stay.
