This is the place to stay if you’re coming to Austin, plenty of options to eat lr grab a drink nearby and really close to downtown.

Lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath in south Austin

Very nice home with easy access to the main roads and a short trip to downtown. Good beds and furnishings. Modern kitchen a large screen HD upstairs and down. Perfect for the four of us on our four-night visit to Austin.

Amazing stay!

House was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of room for my family. We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 14, 11, 2) and everybody got their own bed, room and space to do their own thing. Beautiful area with a park right across the street which was amazing for the kids in pur down time. Kitchen was roomy and perefect for cooking our own meals. Close to store and gas station made it very convenient.

Better than we expected

This house was easy to find, very clean, had everything we need, and the remote controlled lights and fans in every room was a nice bonus. Everything we needed was available and Chris was very easy to communicate with. Would recommend and would rent again!

South Austin Gem

This was the last-minute booking. I was a little concerned about the location, but everything was extremely accessible. The house was clean there were plenty of linens. The master has a phenomenal bathtub. Chris the property manager was amazing to work with above and beyond to accommodate us. Definitely would recommend, had a wonderful time.

Enjoyable home

We enjoyed our stay here while our camper was being repaired. It’s a quiet neighborhood with a play ground. We enjoyed watching the deer. The only negative is there’s no dressers to keep your clothing if staying for a long time and the couch is not very comfortable. Other than these small things. Loved the home and spacious area.

Great price for a three bedroom! We enjoyed being so close to the city center. Chris, the host, and Valeria, the property manager, were very polite and communicative. There was some wear and tear, e.g. on furniture, in the bathroom. There was very little kids silverware in the kitchen for all our kids. We had to block off the stairs with a couch because we have a toddler and there was no baby gate. Overall, we had a very confortable stay!
