The family room offers views of the Atlantic Ocean, with comfy couches and the soothing sound of waves—perfect for relaxation. Enjoy your favorite programs on the large flat-screen TV at night.

In the morning, step onto the oversized back terrace to sip coffee and relish breathtaking views from the third-story balcony, primary bedroom, family room, and kitchen!

The primary suite features a king bed, a TV, and a bathroom with a huge shower, vanity, and a water closet. Watch the sunrise from your bed!

The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third includes a twin bed. The guest bedrooms share a renovated bathroom with a tub/shower and toilet.

Excellent Beach Property

After spending so many SAB trips in a hotel room, we finally wanted a place that felt more like home. This property provided all of this and more - the kitchen was well stocked with equipment for all of our needs and the bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect. Just made for a really nice vacation and hope to return soon!

What a view!!!!!!!

This property was clean, nicely appointed, and in a great location. The view is spectacular and the beach is great for walking. There is plenty to do on the beach and in the city itself. A couple things would make it perfect, a laundry basket and a few more forks. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great family rental!

My family and I absolutely loved this condo! It’s the perfect size for family of 6. We even had plenty of room for a pack and play in the master. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and there was plenty of soap for dishes and laundry. The view from the master is absolutely gorgeous. You can open the curtains and actually watch the sun rise from bed. This place definitely deserves a 5/5 rating!

Perfect Beach Stay

Everything about this place is perfect! Right on the beach, easy walking to restaurants and shopping, only a short drive to old St. Augustine. Inside the condo, there is everything you need for a great stay! Very clean, delightfully decorated, and completely ready to cook in if desired. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out were a breeze! Can’t wait to stay there again!

A Great Family Vacation Spot

This was our first time to St. Augustine Beach and the condo was perfect for us. It was right on the beach and within walking distance of a beachwear shop, multiple restaurants, Island donuts and Rita’s Italian ice. It was only a 10-15 minute drive to St. Augustine to experience all the history, dining and shopping the city has to offer. Inside was clean and comfortable. Note the the living room now has a 3 person couch and loveseat, not the couch with chaise and chair that are in the photos. I’m not sure if it is allowed but it would be nice if a ceiling fan could be installed on the porch.

Excellent place, the essentials were all there.They even had a few staples to get us started on our stay. The place was beautifully decorated. The only downside was the third bedroom. It was much smaller than it was in the photos. I would definitely recommend.

Although the weather forecast called for rain the entire week, it didn't. Right next to the beach. Watching the surf from the balcony. Accommodations very comfortable. Kitchen well appointed. We will go back.

Beautiful, comfortable, great location. 99% thrilled

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. The set up is lovely. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bathrooms have plenty of towels. The washer and dryer worked great. The dishwasher was quiet. My elderly father was extremely appreciative of “full-size soap and decent toilet paper”. (Wink-wink). The property was lovely - quiet, safe, near-perfect. The decor was gorgeous and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen for breakfast and lunches and 1 dinner. Personally, I have been coming to Saint Augustine beach for many years so I appreciated the closeness to many restaurant options. The only drawbacks were fixable: 1. The guest bathroom, shower head was horrible. That needs to be replaced. It would come out in one hard stream and was not adjustable and it looks old and water stained. The door also needs adjusted because it would not stay open. 2. The third bedroom is absolutely tiny (we had no idea there was no closet in there). The airflow is not good but the fan would only work on high. It would not adjust. The twin bed in there is more of a cot (the mattress would sink in the center and there was no boxspring because it is a trundle), so it was very uncomfortable as an adult, but I’m sure it would be totally fine for a child. Adding a mirror and a small table for a nightstand would be very helpful. The only other issue we had was that the elevator stopped working twice, and had to be completely reset by one of the wonderful neighbors that came to our rescue. My dad overheated on the beach and when we got up there the elevator was not working so it was just super bad timing. Overall, I absolutely (without a doubt) would recommend this place and I would stay there again!!!

Great friends and family trip

The property was nice. Our group was two families with two teens. We had hoped the two twins would be a great room for them to have their own space. Unfortunately it was so very small, we had to move one of the mattresses to the master suite. Just a heads up for any families. The other living spaces were very spacious. And the kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. The location was fantastic. We were able to walk to dinner nightly. The beach was very clean and there were no cars at that end of the beach.

Even better than expected!

We loved our stay - the location is great, right on the beach and within walking distance of lovely stores and nice restaurants. The views are amazing from the primary bedroom and living room and of course the patio. And the place is beautiful - even better than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked breakfast every morning and the kitchen had every tool we needed. The space was ideal for me and my husband and our two adult children. We'll definitely be back!
