Recently remastered "Beachside Boathouse” with gorgeous heated saltwater pool in private back yard and steps to the Ocean. Situated just 3 houses away from the Ocean with architectural and designer features that will leave you amazed. Located in the heart of Anastasia Island on Saint Augustine Beach. Walk to numerous excellent restaurants, bars and shops from this comfortable, modern beach house. Jump on the provided his and her's beach cruisers for a ride right on the beach!

This meticulously renovated beach house is located on the beach side of A1A on A Street in the heart of the beach district. Kick back and recline on the covered front porch and enjoy watching the parade of surfers and families as they head out to sun, sand and surf, or strolling to the only beachside restaurant in St. Augustine, the Beachcomber. There are plenty of other fabulous eating options as the famous Mango Mango's, Beachcomber, and Stir It Up are also located on the street just steps from your front door.

When you prefer a quieter scene, escape to the lavish, large, and very private back yard and take a dip in the large resort style saltwater pool, enjoy a relaxing day underneath the expansive covered porch area or poolside Cabana. Bikes, boogie boards, towels and children's toys are available for your enjoyment.

This home was tastefully decorated by a local design team who put your comfort and enjoyment as their primary goal. Notice many of the design elements align with Chic Boathouse theme and accents are re-purposed from boats, or restaurants and local establishments that are St. Augustine landmarks. You will find all new appliances, finishes and furnishings that compliment simple and chic beachside living yet keeping all the charm of this original 1950’s cottage. Inside you will find an expansive kitchen fully stocked with all you need to prepare a quiet meal at home including a Jura coffee maker. New bed linens and pillows in all bedrooms with an amazing pool view with a walk out door from the master bedroom. Big screen Smart TV’s in main living and both bedrooms.

Hop on the bikes and explore the rest of this quant beachside town that boast fabulous restaurants and the St. Augustine Pier. At the pier catch the Wednesday morning farmers market, fishing, bocce, or take the kids to the splash park.

The perfect spot
We loved this property. Location is stunning. But it is so much more than that. This property is so beautifully renovated, and so tastefully decorated. It has everything you could need. We loved the bikes, spent time by the pool and used all the kit. They have thought of everything. We hope to be staying again in March.

Wonderful home
Rex has a beautiful home. When you walk in it is so spacious. Everything was clean and had a place. We usually travel with a tub of things we need because the stuff in the kitchen is old, and should be replaced, or just nasty. They had all the things and some things we never thought of. The pool was wonderful and the covered deck worked well for my husband, who reads a lot of books while on vacation. Thank you Rex for the use of your home.

Great Beach Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet home so close to the ocean- just amazing! We rode bikes to mini golf, walked to the beach day and night, relaxed in the pool and enjoyed coffee on the front porch. A peaceful and lovely stay. Thank you for having us!

Beautiful Home!
We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The four of us were so happy when we walked in and saw how updated and beautiful the property was. We are a little familiar with the area as we have family a few blocks away, so the location was perfect. It's literally a few steps to the beach! We all loved the pool. In fact, we only went to the beach once because we just wanted to stay and hang out in the back yard. Loved sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs. The house was spotless and well-stocked with everything imaginable, and then some. Whatever was in the stain remover bottle worked great! There were even fresh ice cubes waiting for us too. There wasn't anything missing - they thought of it all. Already looking forward to our next visit - we will definitely stay here again!

This home is our top choice for a weekend at the beach. Stylish, clean, well appointed and comfortable, it’s just two doors down from the beach. And the property owners are responsive, warm and welcoming. Highly recommended. You will enjoy your stay.

This house was great for our girls trip! Great location- quick walk to bars and the beach! Only thing I found slightly frustrating is the description states that the pool is heated. It's only heated if you pay an additional fee. Other than that the house was great!

This property is exceptional. The best rental we’ve experienced booking on VRBO. The owner and property manager were both very attentive to our needs and responded within minutes of our request to update our reservation. The location is ideal, and truly steps from the beach. The house has everything you could ever need, and it smells like a 5 star hotel. We were thrilled with our time at this vacation rental!

This place is heaven
The house was spotless, smelled amazing, and had everything you could possibly need. The location was amazing and it was so great to have the pool and be able to walk to the beach. I really appreciated that the dishes, cookware, and all matched and were of good quality. It was perfect for a girls trip and we had a great time. The hosts were wonderful and check in was a breeze.

This house is our favorite place to stay in Saint Augustine Beach. It's updated, modern, well-maintained and comfy. It's just steps from the beach. It boasts a pool with an outdoor shower and a covered back patio/deck where we often eat outside--burrito bowls from Taco Shop and custom smoothies from Stir it Up, the cafe at the surf shop just a short walk away.

Little White House just a few steps from the beach.
Property managers were in constant communication and easy to talk to. Very pleasant stay in this quant 2 bed/ 2 bath house that has everything you need including a salt water pool. So close to the beach and 2 restaurants are close by. We came for the beach, but also a concert at the amphitheater. And it was easy access to that as well.

We’ve been visiting the area for 25 years and absolutely love to spend time here. St Augustine is truly a gem in so many ways and is undervalued as compared to other areas. The weather, restaurants, beaches, history, and things to do truly rival a much larger town. Being on the beach side of A1A and especially on A Street is truly a special location that we would absolutely not trade for anywhere else.

The location, style, and on level living with resort like pool area has everything we could ever want. Many new homes in area must be built within setbacks that force vertical and we feel disjointed living.

The combination of location, quality, and finishes here are truly unrivaled. A very special property that cannot be re-created. Being built originally in 1958 provides advantage of not having to adhere to setbacks allowing for easy one level living.
