Property and the property managers were extremely welcoming and very easy to communicate with. The beds and living areas were very comfortable. The house was well lite inside and outside. The check-in and checkout progresses were quick and easy. They allowed us to bring our dog and was very accommodating and pet friendly.

Anniversary weekend

The house was great for our anniversary weekend. Nice quiet neighborhood for walking the dogs. Will definitely use again.

This was the perfect stay for my family! The property was clean, organized, and the perfect size for the 4 of us. The security system made us feel safe and sound. We will definitely be back! 5 stars all the way around!!

Nicely updated house

We had a nice stay. The property manager was available upon request if needed. The property is right across the street from a park, which made it really nice for walks. The house has nice amenities and very well updated features. Recommend for anyone staying in the Flint areas.

Necessary trip turned into a lovely getaway

We were in town for a family graduation and wound up having a wonderfully relaxing time in the space. The house is in a quaint and peaceful neighborhood full of trees and private homes. The place was charming and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials plus more. Truly a perfect family-friendly spot. The host thoughtfully provided toys and there was a lovely park across the street. Communication was flawless.

College Drop Off

Stayed at Lanice's property while dropping my son at Kettering. Terrific location, lovely neighborhood and the house is really cute and well appointed. Had everything I needed and easy check in and out. Definitely coming back.

We had an excellent time. We were in town for the Bobby Crim race. Quiet community friendly surround

We definitely had a great time while we were in Flint. The check-in was smooth location to the property wasn't hard to find. Great directions our host interacted with us via text throughout the whole process. The property was totally renovated all 2021 appliances and technology. It was just like home washer dryer ironing bored with iron security system. Very clean! Even got a few ideas for our own property. Thank you again Leon and Lanice

Wonderful location to get to several areas of interest throughout the state.

I am handicapped and I was aware of the 4 steps in front of property but not the entrance that was convenient to the parking. The back entrance was attached to the parking and no railing was on the stairs. I managed. In the rooms there were no chairs in the rooms so we had to bring in a lawn chair to sit in room to dress. I learned a lot in this choice and my handicap. The property was beautiful and we had a wonderful time playing games. it could have used more plates than 4. we had to wash dishes after each meal.

A trip back home

My husband & myself had to return to the area & I can't say enough about how great this place is! The area is close to where we needed to be since we were having to both north & south. Walking in after a very long drive from Florida, we were met with a welcoming, clean & snack stocked kitchen & fridge. Thank you for thinking of us & that you even think of your guests in that way. The home itself was beautiful. A comfy bed, furniture, Big TV's, & a great walk in shower. Any amenity you could possibly need was there. The neighborhood was quiet & that is what we needed, & we took advantage of the time to sit on the porch & listen to a peaceful evening when we had time. Communication with our hosts was unbelievable & they went above & beyond for us. When we return to the area, we will be staying here again, I just hope we will be able to book it. I f you need to stay in the area I would highly recommend this place. :)

Great Place

For our purpose it was a GREAT Location within easy walking distance. The House was most comfortable and the property agent was most helpful. Would definitely recommend to more of my family when going to Flint. Only suggestion is better directions for operating the TVs.

Awesome!!!!

The house was so homey. Upon entry, there was a personalized welcome sign to greet us. My husband just loves the Lorna Dorn cookies. We appreciated the snacks and breakfast items. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back.

A great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over Christmas. The owners are gracious and friendly, they provided snacks and chocolates for us, snacks and food for our dog, and are quick to reply to questions. Great renovations, big screen TVs, comfy furniture, comfy beds and bedding, just a great place to stay! You can’t go wrong with staying here!
