Immaculate and spacious ranch in Grand Blanc, perfect to accommodate any occasion and trip! Located just north of Fenton and central to anything you may be visiting for - Wedding venues, Ascension Genesys hospital, Flint FNT airport, and amazing Fenton restaurants! Unbelievably clean inside and out - all furniture and furnishings top-of-the line and brand new. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a great meal for all your family and friends. 3 bedrooms with two king beds, one queen, and an additional queen pull-out sofa to comfortably sleep 8. Two full bathrooms; one main and one attached to the primary bedroom. Two decks overlook the beautiful, sprawling backyard for your outside enjoyment and relaxation. Backyard is secure and fully fenced - we are pet-friendly! Electric Vehicle (EV) NEMA 14-50 plug in the garage, just bring your portable EV charging cable!

Stayed for a month and it was excellent

Everything was great! Super clean, quiet neighborhood, large fenced yard for our dog, excellent communication and well stocked for our 4 week stay.

Clean home with comfy beds!

This home met our needs very well. Seems maybe a bit overpriced for what it is, but we needed somewhere close to our daughter’s wedding venue and this place worked out great! Property owner was always prompt to respond.

Perfect for our needs

2 night stay for family of 7 and our dogs.Last minute booking, coming from out of state for a funeral.Ryan is a good and gracious host, who worked with us to accommodate our stay. Solid guy, great with communication, very friendly.The house was very clean, beds were also very comfortable. Kitchen’s great, well stocked. Backyard huge, our dogs were in heaven!Both decks were nice.

Great family spot for a visit

The house was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for us to stay for 6 days while visiting family in the Grand Blanc area. We appreciated the kitchen facilities and the amount of space for our family. The beds were comfortable and it was easy for us to navigate the area. It was an extra bonus to watch a thunderstorm through the big patio sliders in the living room!

Family meet up spot

The property is beautiful. The home is super clean and has everything you need for your stay of days or weeks. Ryan, the contact person, was super responsive and helpful. The beds are comfortable, 2 living spaces which are big and family friendly, the gas fireplace was so cozy. I can't say enough good things about this experience. If you get the chance, rent this place!

Great Home near Grand Blanc!

This house was fantastic for our group of six visiting for the weekend! The home was very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for more people if needed. Each bedroom had a large bed, which were very comfortable and had nice linens, and ample closet space. Bathrooms were a bit outdated, but still clean and kept up. The pictures were very accurate of the house. Ryan was easy to work with and communicated well Our group would definitely stay here again when we return!
