Historic Tree-Themed Home Minutes from Birch Run/Frankenmuth

When booked, you will have full access to the entire Tree House on Mill St. The dwelling is comfortable for parties of 6, with just over 1,500 sqft. of living space. The house is two-story with basement access to the washer/dryer. One bedroom, a full bathroom and the main living spaces are located on the first floor. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the second story. The second floor bathroom is an en suite attached to one of the bedrooms. The loft is an area for kids large and small to enjoy. It boasts a life-size tree and grass carpet area, great for seating, games, coloring and other fun activities.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, silverware and setting for 8, along with children's utensils, plates and cups. We also offer a fully-stocked coffee bar complete with various coffees, creamers, sugar and flavored syrups, plus teas and hot cocoa packets.

Hotel-quality linens and towels are included with your stay, along with travel-size body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Each bedroom has a queen-size memory foam bed (firmness varies by room), bed-side UBS/electric outlets, noise machine, ceiling fan and black-out shades.

Pack-n-play, high chair, baby gates are all available free of charge, but must be requested when booking.

Our property is pet-friendly but please note there is not a fenced-in yard and the grass area is small. We highly recommend walks to the park just a few blocks away.

The Tree House on Mill St. is just a short drive to many area attractions including shopping in Birch Run, famous chicken dinners in Frankenmuth and free summer concerts in Clio!
