Great location and overall a wonderful place to stay. There were a few minor cleanliness issues upon arrival, but they were easy to address. We also experienced a small mix-up with one of the room numbers, which was resolved quickly without issue. Overall, a very positive experience, and we would consider staying here again.

Birthday stay

Location is 1 block from entrance to beach. 5 blocks from St Armond. They give you 3 garbage bags for 1 week and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, no coffee pods are provided.

This is totally a FALSE REVIEW Each apartment has 2 toilet papers, 1 paper towel, 3 trash bags. In addition, guest asked for additional toilet paper which was provided to her by our cleaning crew, also additional roll of trash bags were provided to guest the next day after check in as requested. We host many apartments and never had a false review like this one.

WONDERFUL!!!

My husband and I came down to visit our son, so that was the best part of the trip. However, the condo was very comfortable and very clean. Just what we needed! And very close to a beautiful beach!!

I asked the owner if I could enter in the property before 4:00pm and he agreed, it was very convenient for us, he was very nice. The apartment was ready when we arrived, clean and had all things necessary for our 10 days stay, the kitchen was well equiped, we were one block from the be@ch.

Good location

Although the price was right, and property was very clean, it wasn't quite as described. Lots of confusion over rental and check in. The unit is VERY small. May sleep 5 but there is not enough room for 4 people to even sit comfortably. Would be good for 1 couple. Longer walk to the beach than described, but very doable. Probably would not rent again.

Great location

We loved the location of this property. We walked to the beach and the restaurants and shops of St Armand's Circle. Gino was great and easy to work with. The master bed was very comfortable and furnishings and closet space were abundant. The hide a bed couch in the living room is very uncomfortable to sit on. One recliner was very comfortable. It was just the two of us - so we managed in the space. We did not use the second bedroom. The bath is very small as well. The best is the location.

Lovely place in a great location!

This was a lovely apartment/condo. Simple but very clean with access to outdoor patio and grills. Walking distance to Lido Beach and St. Armands Circle with lots of food and shopping. Highly recommend. Gino and Janine are very kind and accommodating. Plan to go back in a few months and stay again.

Great place to stay!!!

This apartment was in a great location (to beach and St. Armand’s). I’m sooooo picky about cleanliness and this exceeded my expectations. It was spotless and there were so many amenities. We’d definitely stay here again. The owner was also very nice and made sure we had everything we needed! Also met lots of nice people (people in other apartments).

Great location, great host

We really enjoyed our stay at Gino's place! We were here for a work trip and had a fully equipped apartment within walking distance of St. Armand's circle and Mote Marine Lab (where we were working). Since we were doing some diving, we had requested a hose to rinse our gear, which he provided quickly. Grilling outside was great and we were steps from Lido Beach. I highly recommend this place, and thanks again to Gino for his hospitality.
