Vacational home for TOURISM ONLY!! Cozy, convenient, and beautiful remodeled house located close to everything that Florida has to offer. Three bedroom, one bathroom, full equipped kitchen, dryer, washer, TV, internet, WIFI, cable, self check in options and Free parking. Short drive To Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens, Tampa ZOO, Tampa Riverwalk and Downtown Tampa, Raymond James Stadium and about 35 minutes to Clearwater and St Petersburg Beach. Property has 3 security cámaras located on the outside of the property for all guest’s safety as well as host’s safety. Patio is non accessible as the owner is there on a separate property. Super convenient to shopping and grocery stores. 24/7 access.

Communication with our hosts was excellent prior to stay. House is clean and well- appointed, as well as close to EVERYTHING. Would definitely stay again.

Tampa 2025 Golf Getaway

The place was nice and clean. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions asked. The location was great, we were only 20 minutes away from most places we wanted to visit. Would highly recommend.

Great Place to Stay

This house is perfectly located in Tampa for the Zoo, Busch Gardens, airport, and Raymond James. The owners are very reponsive and well apportioned property. I would recommend to friends going to the Tampa area.

Great rental!

The house was clean and well kept. It was also within 15 minutes of every where we wanted to go which was a huge bonus. Plenty of room for what we needed it for. Would definitely recommend!

Martha was very easy to work with and her property is close to Busch Gardens and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable.

Why I’d stay again: Excellent, responsive hosts Well stocked kitchen (I love to cook and they had almost everything! Only suggestion would be to get a garlic press and a new wine opener.) Clean and comfortable Thank you for the care you put in your Vrbo rental!

Cozy place to hang your hat

Excellent communication with owner. Bilingual family that will accommodate any requests. Very tidy and full of amenities. Saving it as a place to stay in the future whenever I visit tampa.

Very pleased with accommodations

The house was impeccable. The landlord kept in contact with us for all our questions. Extremely convenient to Route 275, Tampa Airport and Clearwater. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes. No complaints here!

Disappointment.

Could be a nice little place but maintenance over the years has been neglected and the electrical system needs to be brought up to cope with today’s usage. For instance using a hairdryer should not cause the main circuit to blow frequently, which it did. The drains have not been maintained over the years and there was an issue with the water backing up after we left. The garburetor in the kitchen didn’t work, and I had to use a plunger multiple times in the month we were there to clear the kitchen sink. The toilet float valve malfunctioned while we were there and while at first the owner “fixed” it, the toilet kept running until a new float valve was installed. On the other hand, the beds were very comfortable and the owner and her son responded quickly to all calls. I just got fed up having to call so often. And, by the way, they watch you by camera. Rather creepy that.
