Due to Florida’s frequent summer rain, the grass and weeds can grow very quickly between scheduled maintenance visits, but we’ve already addressed the issue. The host was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The property was clean and well maintained. Being pet friendly was a plus. There was ample parking in front of the house. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and also had a utility room with washer and dryer. The water pressure and the temperature were outstanding. Very much enjoyed our stay. A 10 out of 10 in all categories. If you're staying in Tampa and need a 3br/2ba, this is a listing to check on.

Just need pot holders for the oven and the towel racks in the bathroom were falling off the wall when you touched them. It really was a convenient location for where we had to be.

Our stay was excellent from beginning to end. Even though it was only a one-night stay due to a flight layover , the place was perfect because it was close to everything and made our stay very convenient and comfortable. The property was impeccably clean, especially the beds, linens, and every area in general. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well cared for with attention to detail. The host was exceptional, always attentive, kind, and willing to help at all times, making us feel comfortable and truly welcomed. Without a doubt, a wonderful experience and a place we highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing! The host Dianet is very kind, attentive, and responded quickly whenever I had a question or concern. The house looked just like the pictures/as promised. The property fit our needs perfectly. Mary clean and well stocked . The hostess was awesome and communicated with us as soon as we needed things, which we didn't need much of anything. just some ideas about the area mostly.. parking was ample, place was spacious. close to everything we wanted to do. thank you! it was a wonderful stay!

Thishouse was a great location for us to do all our activities, Zoo, Aquarium, Busch Gardens, Clear Water dolphin tour, MOSI, etc. It was especially nice that we could walk to the zoo and several resturants. The house its self was great for our party of 6 dog. It was clean and roomy. We also found the beds to be comfortable.The host, Dinet, was attentive and helpful. We had an amazing trip!

We had a great two nights there. Host was very cooperative with our last minute changes. The house was cute and was clean and efficient. We would like to add that maybe have sponges in kitchen for dishes instead of dish washer, also the plugin air fresheners were a little bit too much. We had to disconnect them. Giving us a headache and sore throat. Maybe have a spare extra linen set for trundle. Or pull out bed. Otherwise it was overall pretty good and served our purpose for being there. We got to see the group BTS. Thank you for the opportunity to share your house.

I would also like to mention that all beds are always prepared based on the number of guests included in the reservation. However, I always let my guests know that if they need anything additional—such as extra linens or supplies—I am more than happy to provide it. I did mention this in my messages, so you could have reached out at any time and I would have gladly assisted right away. Regarding the air fresheners, I use them to maintain a fresh and clean scent throughout the home, but I completely understand that preferences may vary. Thank you for pointing that out. Also, there were extra linens available in one of the bedroom cabinets, in case they were needed.
