Our hosts Ryan and Chris were available to answer any questions we had. The Sugar Shack had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Oakland park. It was in a quiet neighborhood with a unique tropical outdoor area. Was around 20 minutes to good restaurants and beautiful Fort Lauderdale beach. The highlight of our trip was beautiful Hugh State park for a 2.5 walk then head accross the street to the beach.Would stay here again if visiting this area !

Property was very nice and served it's purpose for our stay in Ft Lauderdale. It was close to all of the amenities in the city. Neighbors across the street were quite loud late at night on the weekends. Hot water was inconsistent in the shower.

We needed to be near Holy Cross Hospital for my wife’s surgery and recovery. And we needed a pet friendly place. This property was perfect for us. It’s in a quiet area but close to shopping and restaurants. We liked the privacy and the fenced in yard. The house was very comfortable. I was able to work remotely while my wife rested. The price was unbeatable for what we got. Our host was very easy to work with. This was an excellent value and just what we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Sugar sugar

This property was exactly as described. It’s a cozy house with a great yard and is extremely central to shopping and other amenities. I stayed at this property while I was in the process of closing on my new home and it was perfect for us and our dogs.

Very Quiet Place

I love the fact that the place is very quiet, with a very spacious backyard. Having gardening as a hobby, I have the freedom to plant my favorite flowers and herbs. Everything (grocery store, etc) is nearby. The soundproofing of the house is really nice, I rarely play loud music but, none of it could be heard outside. The laundry machines are huge well enough for heavy loads. There are lots of palm and mango trees around the house so, there's a lot of fresh air. Overall, I'm glad I picked this place. It's just perfect for my need for home like environment.
