Amazing stay

My stay was amazing! Host was very nice and check on us each day to make sure everything is good. I will definitely recommend this stay if you and another person needs a place to stay. I definitely think this is good! Will revisit again!

Thank you for letting us use your property. Everything was great. We enjoyed the location and the ease of entering the property. It was a nice short walk to downtown Wilton.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and check-in/check-out was effortless. Walking distance to Wilton Manors. Highly recommend it and will definitely use it again next time we stop in Fort Lauderdale.

This place was clean and furnished with what we needed. I would suggest ensuring all remote batteries are working and maybe leaving some detaled instructions on watching and using televisions.overall the property was awesome and we enjoyed our stay.

Evacuation Vacation?

Last minute decision to evacuate because of Hurricane Ian led us to this property. It was exactly what we needed for the few days we were away from our home. The hosts were incredibly understanding and made sure we were taken care of. Hope to return under better circumstances.

Let me say this place is beautiful, clean and Uber was very cheap going to Wilton Manors nice beautiful area. Everyone was nice and the hosts were phenomenal as a gift I bought them some dishwasher tabs and paper towels before I left I hope they love it. I will come back to them for sure thanks Garrett and Vianca you guys are awesome and will do this again soon!!

A decent, clean place to stay.

This is not in Wilton Manors, it is in Middle River Terrace, a very different neighborhood. The host didn't mention that the air conditioning in the bedroom was out of service.Their solution was to put the living room ac on turbo. It was still very hot in the bedroom.

Will not rent again. Bed was very uncomfortable. We were staying a week and only left 2 towels and 1 washcloth. Asked for more no response. Had to go and buy towels and washcloths. No dish towels either. Crapppapertowels

I scheduled a ten day stay. I had to leave day 5 and fight to get a refund. Torn and stained furniture, inside and outside. Misrepresented unit in photos. (there are 3 in this complex) Location is NOT in Wilton Manors. Roaches. Holes in wall. Broken tv remote. Loosely hung art over the bead that fell on my head in the middle of the night. No dishwashing tablets. Undesirable neighborhood.

Average Rental

Communication with the host was 5 stars, but the property needed some upkeep. The grass was overgrown and I don't know if the unit itself smelled like marijuana, or if it was the connecting unit, but a strong smell emitted from the apartment. The unit was on a quiet street with ample parking and good food options surrounding it. It was smaller than expected, and mold in the bathroom. A lil extra would go a long way, it has potential and close to the hard rock for the price.

Great getaway stay

My husband stayed 3 nights. Small space but absolutely everything we needed. Super clean inside of unit. Full size fridge and stove which was nice. Cute decor and comfortable furnishings. Mattress was very comfortable, one of my top priorities in a rental (@ 74 years old my husband complained about the bed being low to the ground thus making it difficult for him to get out of but was not a problem for me). Three unit complex with the most convenient parking ever. Nice outdoor seating area for coffee in the am on the porch or cocktails in the evening in the back of the property. The outside could have been a bit cleaner but added a great additional space to the unit. While sitting outside drinking coffee in the am we met the folks in the other units and that was nice. Great location for us as it was close to the beach and family we were visiting.

Middle River Terrace is in Broward County and is one of the best places to live in Florida. Staying in Middle River Terrace offers an urban suburban mix feel. The neighborhood has many surrounding bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many families live in Middle River Terrace and residents tend to be liberal. It is perfectly safe to walk here.

The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Restaurants, bars and grocery store are within walking distance.
