It is in Bayview Resort, one of the top grossing resorts in Myrtle Beach. This 3 bedroom luxury unit on the 18th floor has fantastic, unobstructed views down the south coastline as far as the eye can see. Open floor plan with 3 balconies, granite counters, and oceanfront master bedroom. Indoor pools, lazy river, hot tub, fitness room and splash deck. Located on the fabulous boardwalk and close to all Myrtle Beach attractions. Start your mornings off at Starbucks on the ground floor and enjoy.
Just a few steps to the blue Atlantic!

There's a free shuttle stop next to the hotel that takes you to different attractions like Broadway at The Beach, Wax Museum, Grand Prix., etc! etc!

This luxury condo has the full panorama covered, from sunrise to sunset.
This special unit is a lock-out unit with the 2 Bedroom separated from the 1 Bedroom for extra privacy (See the floor plan). The 2 bedroom unit has a fully equipped kitchen, two private balconies, one is oceanfront, and the other is oceanview. The 1 Bedroom has a mini-fridge and a microwave inside the unit and a private oceanview balcony.
They come with a King Bed, 4 Full Beds, and 3 Bathrooms with Hair Dryers; Kitchen fully equipped, including microwave, dishes, cookware, and utensils; Dishwasher; Washer and Dryer; Living room with sleeper sofa; Iron and Ironing Board; In-Room Safe; 4 TV's; Complimentary Wireless Internet Access.

Please be advised that the Association will be making improvements to the 2nd floor observation and shuffleboard decks over the course of the next two weeks beginning on Monday, May 2nd. While the decks are being resurfaced, the fitness center and decks will be closed for approximately a week

Beautiful property on the beach, i love how big the beach is at low tide. The room was big, clean and comfortable for all of us. Definitely would come back!

Great view but needs a refresh

The view and location are excellent with a balcony in each bedroom. We found everything to be as described. The room is minimally stocked but adequate. The furniture is worn and the entire unit needs a refresh. Tubs were chipped, behind the toilets were stained, and ceilings showed water damage. We would have appreciated pool toys and towels but knew to bring our own. For anyone curious like we were, the coffee pot is a regular one requiring grounds and filters, not a keurig. Communication about check-in is a lot but I appreciate that. Overall, we would stay again!

Great for our family get together

This condo was great for our weeklong family get together. The beach has shallow, gentle waves and when it’s raining, the indoor pool is perfect. Lots to do within walking distance. There are plenty of beds, lots of counter and cabinet space. And the teens were able to stay in the lockout unit so they felt like they had a place of their own. Be sure not to overpack. There is a washer and dryer on site. The best part of our trip was the fireworks, we could see them shooting off of the pier on the right side. We had a front row seat!

Perfect Location

The propery was clean and well stocked with needed supplies. Excellent location of the boardwalk and ocean. Beautiful views from the balconies. Any questions we had we answered quickly by the host.

Great Location

Condo was right on the beach. Very clean. A little confusing figuring out how to get checked in as the property is a combo of hotel and condos. If you love the beach this is the perfect place to stay

The pictures of the condo were from a long time ago the condo was extremely dated and the appliances were worn. We would never stay here again. We also killed at 2 roaches.

Nice place, but buliding needs some updates. Ho

The building is in need of some improvements, especially the parking garage. The hot tub on the inside looked dirty and no one ever watched the outside, which was full of kids most of our stay. The access to beach was nice and it looks like they undated outside paint. The parking garage elevator broke several times and with the ev charging and hilton valet parking, you are lucky to find one on the first floor. Someone defecated in the stairwell in parking garage which made it worse! We had an issue with a camera in a shared hallway, with manager named Pam, but the owner did rectify the situation after the manager had been unable to handle the situation. Views were great from.the room, but furniture and kitchen could use a little updating, but was not dirty. Host was very nice, but management might some training in customer relations and local laws.

Fantastic stay!

Best condo of it's kind that we've stayed in! Everything was neatly appointed and clearly labeled. Loved the little details, like providing dish detergent and a fresh sponge, makeup towels, even a clean toothbrush holder! The resort's pool and patio were wonderful, and I couldn't believe how easy it was to get to the boardwalk, promenade. Starbucks in the building was a nice perk, too. My only feedback is that the mattresses are feeling a bit worn out and could use updating, but based on other updates, it wouldn't surprise me if the owner is actively making these kinds of improvements. Check in instructions were very lengthy - I might have preferred a more concise message, but that's no big deal. Loved the new flooring in the main living area. Overall, it's a stunning, well supplied-space with amazing views and unbelievable access to the best that Myrtle Beach has to offer. We'll be back!

Great location and service

We had a great time with our girlfriends and kids. Everyone enjoyed it and property management was amazing. There are life guards on the beach which is great and you can rent 2 chairs with umbrella for $50 per day, if you want.

Family vacation

Great location and exactly as the pictures show. Vert clean and spacious for my wife and our four teenagers. Kitchen and 3 bathrooms were fantastic. Host was very helpful and offered to help in whatever our needs were. Very enjoyable stay right on the ocean. Views from the 3 balconies were priceless. I would highly recommend this rental, great value!

Great location. Communication could have been a little better. Brown rag left in the bathroom, later said it was for makeup, King BA had a slow drain, but did not tell us in advance that it could not be improved. King bed needs a new mattress; I could feel the springs. I requested an extra night stay; the owner approved but VRBO blotted the email address so by the time we were able to get it cleared up, the owner allowed it to be rented it to someone else and they only gave us an extra 30 minutes to back up guests' items who were not there. I feel like they could have allowed us more time considering the miscommunication. Check out needs to be staggered so hundreds of ppl are not trying to get on the elevator at the same time. It's impossible to get out on time, especially from the 18th floor. The "you can stay"/"get out by 11:30" was VERY stressful.
