This 3 Br condo is Direct oceanfront in Paradise Resort on the 4th floor with elevator access. It's renovated with new furniture and flooring. Private oceanfront balcony accessible from the Living Room and Primary Bedroom. Coastal furnished and accessorized.



Paradise Resort is located a short drive from the airport and in the midst of the bustling downtown restaurants and exciting attractions the Grand Strand has to offer. Enjoy spacious indoor and outdoor water attractions, delicious food and beverage possibilities.



**The Government Beach Renourishment Project is occurring in nearby areas. The project will run – Myrtle Beach to State Park to Garden City / Georgetown County. This may affect the beach at your property. The project is permitted for, and will be constructed, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Noise and beach interruption should be expected. **

Our stay at the Paradise was great! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The indoor pools were a big hit for our kids as it was too cold to be outside during our stay but they had a blast!

Overall, our stay was excellent. Perfect location and amenities to accomodate our entire group. Would be nice if the bar stayed open a little later than 9, maybe at least until the pool closed, but otherwise, it was great.

The shower water was cold but the sink was hot in both bathrooms. The light on the ceiling fans in the main bedroom and the living rooms didn’t work. I asked them to fix it but they just put in a work order and never came. We were finally told at the end of our stay and, after fighting to access the building from the garage, after 11:00pm at night, that the keys would deactivate if we kept it close to our cell phones, smart watches or a credit cards, It would’ve been nice to know about all these things when I was paying for it or after I checked in. At this time we were given 1 keys card for 6 people to use. I am very disappointed with the fact the they were responsive with my request as a professional should be. They waited hours and days to do anything about my complaints but drafted their money expeditiously.

We apologize for any delay of maintenance but because your reservation was only for 2 nights, we were unable to schedule the lightbulb replacement and check the slow bathroom drain issues within 48 hours. We do not have any mention of a hot water issue reported by you. Our staff person did bring you a new key card but it is unclear how you deactivated it or what doors you were attempting to access after lock out hours that are set by the building’s security. We apologize for the unfortunate incident.

Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped for home cooked meals. The ocean views and sounds were exactly what we were looking for.
