Island Dunes is a Townhouse Condominium complex with two and three bedroom units. This family-friendly complex is within easy walking distance to beach.

Each day brings a different menu of things to do.
Tensions will disappear beneath your footsteps in the sun as you stroll along the miles of beaches.

You can drive and park on the beach. We are golf cart accessible from beach or town.

We do not rent to anyone under 25

As always, we enjoyed our stay at Island Dunes. Kim, the manager, is great, the grounds are well maintained and the interiors are newly renovated. Just a short walk to the beach?

Wonderful weekend in Port A

Nice clean great location

Check in was super easy and convenient. Communication with the host was great. It was very clean and had enough room for my family. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. My family will definitely be staying here again!

Love this condo!

We will for sure be coming back! Manager was prompt if there was any issues! The location was perfect, and the property grounds were great for a family with small children! The new pool is beautiful!

Great property, great staff

This property was nice clean, and conveniently located close to the beach without being right down town. Property manager Kim was a joy to work with as her office was very near the apt. I locked myself out of the house like a dummy and Kim was right there to help me out with a spare key. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to everyone.

We enjoyed staying here so much! Very clean and had what we needed for the weekend!! The upstairs bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in & the ones downstairs had no complaints either! Perfect for a quick getaway!!!

Island dunes condominiums were great!

We had a great time. The beach is very close. We had everything we needed in the condo. The pictures did not do it justice it’s nicer than what it appears to be. Kim thank you for your fast responses. Office management was helpful as well.

Perfect getaway

This was our first time in Port Aransas. Our stay at this unit was great. The place was clean and stocked with everything you need for our extended weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was a short walk to the beach which is a plus. We highly recommend booking this property.

Definitely enjoyed our stay at Island Dunes, the pictures did not do the property any justice. Location was great and atmosphere was perfect. Kim was very responsive to all my emails and answered any questions I had. My family and I will definitely go back.

What a great place! Easy check-in and and communication. Kim was so easy to deal with. The place was very clean, and was better than the pictures. It was just right for a quick family trip to the beach. It was one of the closest places to the beach we saw, no need for a golf cart like other places in Port A. It was close to downtown and the restaurants as well. We will try and stay in this place again next year.

Perfect for my family, 2 grown boys. Property manager extremely accommodating and quickly responsive. Parking is rough but served the purpose. Would stay again in this unit.

Relaxing Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! Kim made everything so easy, we were within walking distance from the beach. Kids had a blast, it was clean and everything was perfect! Can’t wait to come back!

Awesome Beach Property

My family and I spent a couple days here; wish we could've stayed longer. The condo is inviting and cozy; super clean and completely updated. The beds and pillows very comfortable and best of all, just a walk from the beach. We all enjoyed it very much - very comfortable and spacious. This is a place we'd definitely go back to!!!

Bad neighbor/owner

The neighbor/owner was the rudest person I've come across in a long time. We've stayed at island dunes several times a have never had an experience like thus. It was jut the woman not the man, he was really good to us.
