Island Retreat Condo Unit 103 a été entiÚrement rénové en 2013 avec des sols carrelés, des comptoirs en granit, de nouvelles salles de bains et une terrasse arriÚre clÎturée.

La cuisine a de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, un bar pour le petit-dĂ©jeuner et est ouverte sur les coins repas et salon. Le salon dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et de grandes fenĂȘtres.

La chambre principale a un lit king avec une tĂȘte de lit personnalisĂ©e et une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. La salle de bain principale a une douche Ă  l'italienne, des comptoirs en granit et beaucoup d'Ă©tagĂšres et d'espace pour tous vos objets personnels. Il y a deux grandes chambres d'hĂŽtes qui ont Ă©galement des tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat.

La salle de bain d'invité a une combinaison baignoire / douche, des comptoirs en granit, des carreaux personnalisés sur les murs et de nombreuses étagÚres et rangements.

Wonderful condo for a family

Had another great stay at this condo for our family vacation. Love being on the first floor and a corner unit. This unit has 3 nice bedrooms with the perfect layout of beds to accommodate a family. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups and utensils and most everything needed for cooking and backing. Also, love an actual dining table in this unit along with a few barstools for sitting. The bathrooms have plenty of towels but you need to bring your own soap and shampoo. Overall, a great stay!

Island Resort

Great time was had by all. The condo was very clean and well appointed with every and anything you could possibly need. The host, Addie, was super responsive. The only issue we had was the TV in the master was not working so I contacted Addie and a new TV was bought and installed the next day! Super close to the beach, just a short walk. Loved it!

Close to beach

The property was clean and the perfect size for our family. It was very close to the beach and accessible via two boardwalks.We really enjoyed using the pools. The kitchen was well stocked. Not within the host’s control, but all the outdoor showers and hoses were turned off/locked due to water restrictions. The condo also had a washer and dryer which was very useful, however, the washer was very mildewy and needs to be bleached.

Great house close to sea world

Great house close to sea world. Lots of supplies and plentiful towels. Responive when we tripped a fuse. Felt like the beds were comfy, but the bed frames were very squeaky. Woke myself up rolling over. Very close to sea world. We would stay again.

Short walk to the beach

The area is very calmed & family friendly. The place was very clean & comfortable. The only sad part is the pool closing hours at 10pm, we like to stay longer while on vacation.

Great little condo close to the beach!

This was a great property to stay at with friends and family. Very close to the beach and positioned between two nice boardwalks. Both pools on site were nice and clean. Plenty to do for kids as well with a basketball court, sand volleyball and a playground with plenty of room to run. We hope this Condo is available during our next visit. 10/10

Great condo for family beach trip.

Have stayed here for the past 4 years and love the layout for my family. The beds work great for our adult kids and my mom and uncle. Also having a dining table is a must and the condo is well supplied in the kitchen and bathrooms. And being on the first floor is perfect for my older mom and uncle. Overall, a wonderful condo.

Great Location

Love the amenities at this condo (pool, grills, basketball, volleyball and pickleball courts). You are super close to the beach and can walk or drive there. The condo was very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach

No direct view of the water due to the sand dunes but its a 5 minute walk to the beach. They had security guards on site to keep people from the sand fest event from coming into the property which was nice and unexpected. The condo was spacious and clean

Great Condo

Condo was as described. Very well stocked, great location, the security was so nice to have they gave parking passes and wrist bands. The price was very fair, check in and out was very easy, host was quick to respond when asked a question and there was plenty of parking. We used the grill outside which was very convenient. Condo and complex were surprisingly quiet for the week of Spring Break. We will definitely try to rent this condo again in the future.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our condo is centrally located and the beach is accessible across the dunes by two boardwalks. The kitchen is equipped with any dinner ware and cook ware needed for cooking and dining. Three Bedrooms and two large bathrooms! Bath linens are provided. Some toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher and dishwashing detergents are provided. Additional will need to be purchased. There are two pools on the property as well as basketball and volleyball courts. Enjoy cooking out on the pits located around the common areas! KIDS WELCOME!!
