Amazing view of the beach

This beach condo has amazing views of the beach and has easy access to the beach club and the beach. There is a private pool just for the condos in this areas too. Some of the furniture is a bit worn and a few of the windows did not open to let in the sea breezes.

Great location, beautiful views, easy beach access

This second floor unit is comfy and well stocked. There is a short path beside the building that leads to the beach, which is clean and quiet. Even though some of the furnishings were a bit worn, it was still a nice unit and nothing detracted from our stay. The only downside is the lack of a balcony, but we still very much enjoyed our stay. Communication from Peace Vacations was clear and thorough. DeBordieu as a whole is stunningly beautiful.

Great location and service from Peace Vacation Rentals. When we arrived the AC was dead-Peace had a technician to the house within 20 minutes. The next day we realized the cable box was dead-Peace Vacation’s maintenance employee went to Spectrum himself to secure another cable box. The condo itself could use a refresh-it has some wear. But it was serviceable and right on the ocean with great customer service from Peace Vacation Rentals. All in all a great trip.

Great week!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The staff we spoke to and worked with were very nice and helpful! The only complaints I have is that the master tub drains slowly. We will definitely be coming again!!

LOVED the view from this lovely villa. Needs updated some on the inside and it definitely needs a deep clean. The paint is chipped and the trim was very dirty, as well as spider webs in the corners. We enjoyed our stay very much. We took pictures from inside the house and on the beach!

Sorry - I feel bad writing a bad review but must. This place is not even close to being ready for prime time. Everything is worn, old and shabby. (And we are not talking shabby chic - just shabby). Never again. Save yourself and don't do it!

Enjoyed gathering with friends for a weekend in this small ocean view condo. The views are the best part of this condo. Would rent again.

Ocean side stay!

This condo was the perfect stay for what I needed. Unit was the perfect size for 6 people. We felt that the property was clean and well equipt. There is no balcony but the views from the window are perfect! We would stay here again.

Noticed sewer or mildew smell immediately. Aired out Saturday but it returned that evening and through Sunday afternoon. Have stayed there before without this issue. I started having health issues due to the issue as did my sister. So we left and told both VRBO and Peace rentals about the issue. I have requested a refund.

Lovely decoration and amenities overall. Very clean no bugs seen throughout the week! Generous supply of towels. Office ladies extremely helpful with small house repairs needed.Not so good:no outside water source to wash off sand before entering home. Garage good for storage

Unit is in desperate need of renovations. Windows were taped in the bedroom so water did not blow in. Pillows are worn out etc.

Accommodations on the inside were fine and adequate. The outside of the building was not very well maintained; needed painting on staircase and the carpet. On the stairs had never been swept or cleaned. We were very disappointed that the pools were not ready for Memorial Day.

Overall, pretty good. One of the windows came off the tracks when we tried to open it and the crank handle broke, so… Not that big of a deal for us but obviously it was “well used” I would say. Garage flooded because the drains haven't been cleared so it was unusable. All of our beach gear was floating around down there. Again, not that big of a deal for us but just so you know. Thank you.
