Nice townhome; great location

Nice, comfortable, and well-decorated townhome just steps from the beach. Two patios with ocean views and a quick walk to the zero-entry pool made for a very nice stay.

Such a cute place with an amazing view of the pool and beach. Kitchen was very light on supplies but overall very nice! Perfect place for a family.

Second AMAZING Stay

We had another great time in this condo. We also had a great 3rd summer vacation at Ocean Villas! Can’t wait to book for next year! Clean, nicely decorated, intentional items for use throughout condo. Beds are amazing as well!

Beach vacay

The place meet our needs overall, it was nice to have our dogs with us. Loved the ocean view and overall decor of the condo. I did have to wash a blanket I pulled out of a closet immediately as it smelled of dog pee, the dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes so I hand washed them, and I had to buy a few things to make what we wanted in the kitchen
but overall I would rent again.

Great vacation

The property was great. It was a good location that is within 15 mins to historic St. Augustine. The pools were great and it had plenty of walking area for my dogs. The only reason im giving 4 stars is because of cleanliness. The unit was not cleaned well. The husband vacuumed when we got there and found a ton of stuff undernthe couch and the balcony smelled like pee. It needs a deep clean but was great otherwise

Nice stay

Everything was great except needed instructions for TV. Had to call office. Also, we did not know entrance was on 2nd floor so had a hard time finding in the dark when we arrived. Also in listing should have said it was on second level because of all the stairs.

Nice place with just a few problems

I wouldn’t suggest anyone with health problems stay here. Stairs are steep and didn’t realize that when we booked this condo. A lot of workers around making a lot of noise with renovations. No peace and quiet. Lots of roaches in and around the kitchen area

Definitely Disgusted & Disappointed

Oh my where do I even start
 We got to the property and the code wouldn’t work but that was resolved rather quickly. No outside lights so my husband fell down the stairs and into the bushes because he couldn’t see. Roaches crawling all over the kitchen and roach eggs on the rug and in the drawer. My pillow cases had someone else’s hair all over them and no wash cloths in the room. I felt disgusted and like I wasted my money and had no choice but to stay or lose my full payment. These issues were reported on my second day there and the lady at the realty company acted like it was no big deal and just said if I had any more issues to feel free to give them a call.

Nice and comfortable property

Nice setting with beach access, very comfortable and clean. St Augustine’s historical district gives an added element to the FL beachside vacation. The Keurig coffee maker does not work.

Very disappointed in this condo. Unless you want to share the kitchen with roaches i would not rent this condo. Roaches would be on the counter top at all times. Very nasty

St. Augustine Beach Vaca

The property is very nice. It was difficult finding the unit. I ended up walking around the front and recognized the balcony furniture from the listing. The unit is on the second and third floors so many steps leading up to it. The living room couch is very uncomfortable so had to watch tv in bedroom. WiFi was not great. Bring a fire stick or RoKu if you want to watch anything other than Samsung stations. A better set of silverware would be nice. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Great location nice grounds

Overall this place was great. Good location on a nice stretch of beach with a lot of open green area. It is on the 2nd and 3rd floor so not a ground floor unit which was my impression before I got there (prolly my fault for not reading more closely). My only critique is the two upstairs bedrooms have to share a bathroom. Otherwise you have to walk downstairs to the only other bath. Also, it’s a little small with only enough comfortable inside the seating for 3 adults (small sofa and one very comfy chair) plus kitchen table and chairs. Also on the balcony there is a very nice high top table and chairs with a great view of the grounds. I would say this place is good for a family of 4 with kids but not so much for two adult couples due to the shared bathroom upstairs. Lastly, great Kuerig coffee maker but could use some upgraded cookware.
