Ocean Villas # 22 est une magnifique unité de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains avec vue sur l'océan, rénovée en 2007. Le premier étage comprend les espaces salon / salle à manger, une cuisine mise à jour, un espace buanderie et une salle de bain complÚte avec douche. Une vue magnifique sur l'océan vous attend depuis le balcon du salon. La chambre principale est au dernier étage et dispose d'un lit queen size, d'une télévision et d'un balcon privé avec vue sur la piscine et l'océan. La 2Úme chambre est également située au dernier étage et dispose de 2 lits jumeaux. Il y a 2 piscines sur place, un fabuleux belvédÚre donnant sur l'océan et un accÚs facile à la plage.

This villa was fine for our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed. AC worked great. View was nice. Location was good. A small “complaint” would be that it’s in need of a face lift. Starting to show its age. But overall it was a good place to stay for a week.

The HOA is not welcoming. No signs posted about no parking a jet ski trailer on property and we were towed, with no warning or communication. The vehicle had a parking permit for property, and we had to pay $480 to retrieve vehicle. There were unattended children everywhere, like an unruly day camp. Wrappers and garbage thrown about. Very few chairs at pool and fruit peels and garbage in pool area. Would not recommend.

Location and pools are worth the stay. Unit is a bit older with odd smell upon arrival (fine after glade plug-in), has great wifi and TV. Smaller kitchen but usable. Bed could be more comfortable.

Little Get-away

The location was great, we were able to see the pool from the balcony. It was also only a couple minute walk to the beach access. Everything was clean. We had a great time.

Nice little place with a great view. Stayed at these condos before and really liked them, so figured we would stay again. Booked this one because it was closer to the ocean than our last one. Check in and check out was super easy. Definitely would stay again.

The condo was great. Well equipped kitchen and comfy furniture. The view - especially from upstairs - was beautiful. You could see and hear the beach and ocean through the palm trees.

Visit

:Property was tired - everything felt slightly dirty and old. Thought would be able to come in and cook for my elderly parents while i was working and this just was not the case. The tv in the bedroom never worked and was very disappointing. We were in town helping my parents as Mom has alzheimers so it worked for a place to stay and work but that is about as far as i would go.

It was nice being at Ocean Villas.

The eating utensils were greasy looking and several of the knives were actually rusty. The bed was hard as a rock but everything else was just fine. It didn't have the view as the unit that we contracted for but it too was ok.

Great condo on the beach with an amazing view!

We loved staying here! The two pools the beautiful views from both balconies and the great access to the beach!! We had a wonderful stay! This condo was everything we needed. We will be back!!

Great Beach Access

Enjoyed a sisters weekend in St Augustine. Condo was clean and had great beach access. Bath mats and dish towels are needed in the unit. The unit was in a great location. Close proximity to shopping and a short drive to downtown. We would stay here again.

Pleasant Surprise

Condo beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owner has taken the time to add new furniture and flooring. The AC worked awesome. We never turned TV’s on but they were a nice size. The 2 furnished balconies overlooking pool and ocean view was wonderful. Full size washer and dryer in laundry room was a plus. We especially loved the king size bed since that’s what we are used to sleeping on. The pool was fabulous as you can see from listing photos. Condo is close to shopping and restaurants. The only issue we had was not being able to get WIFI to connect but cell service was great so not needed. I had questions about rental and Sunshine Realty was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! Oh yeah, we bought 2 new beach chairs for the trip because it said property didn’t provide them but there were 2 chairs and boogie boards in the closet.

Filthy carpets

Some body is not doing their job! Master bedroom and staircase were filthy. They had what appeared to blood stains and spilled food stains all overy them. I spent the week in shoes and flip flops to keep from walking on them. Rental agent stated that housecleaning usually reports this. They were willing to have them cleaned but who wants to wait around for them to clean and then have damp carpets when there for only a week? Sad part is I was there to see if I could spend the winter this year. Have been to ocean villas before over winter.
