Deluxe main floor Andros condo with new vinyl plank flooring in desirable brown phase of Bahama Bay Resort with large lanai. Close to to Disney and many attractions, our home offers you peace and quiet in a lush, tropical resort. Our condo is a plus-sized two bedroom villa boasting nearly 1,400 square feet of livable space and amazing architectural details like vaulted ceilings throughout. It includes a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a sofa in the living room that opens into a queen-sized bed. The villa has a crib, a highchair, and two full bathrooms - the primary bath has dual sinks, separate shower, and a tub. It also features a large and fully-equipped kitchen which has all major full-size appliances and includes crockery, cookware, utensils, glassware and a Keurig Dual (for either pods or a pot of coffee) so you can stay in and have family meals in the dining area. Enjoy time on the screened large lanai, or, stretch out in the spacious living area and enjoy our 65” smart TV while washing clothes in the laundry room.

Any maintenance or housekeeping needs are available to you 24/7 by simply dialing “0” and calling the front desk.

The Bahama Bay Resort & Spa boasts amenities like shared pools, hot tubs, fitness center, beauty spa and a sauna. Located on the shores of Old Lake Davenport, you can enjoy the sand beach, view wildlife from the pier, or relax in a hammock. The resort is close to golf courses and is located only 10 miles from Walt Disney World. There are plenty of local dining and shopping options nearby. Disney Springs offers over 100 shops and 60 restaurants along with daily and nightly entertainment. Gatorland has a free-flight aviary, petting zoo, animal shows, zip line, and a Stompin' Gator Off-Road Adventure. For additional entertainment, Sea World is just 16 miles away, Universal Studios is 22 miles and for the younger guests, Legoland Florida is 23 miles away from the resort.

The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is located poolside on the shore of Lake Davenport. With both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a bar with lake views, guests can enjoy ice cold drinks, signature burgers and fries, and more!

The Market Place, located in the main Clubhouse, offers a selection of items.

Great stay for our family

We spent a week in this unit. It was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. It was in a location that was away from the traffic. I would definitely stay again. My kids loved the pools and splash pad.

Just What We Needed

The property met our expectations, in many ways, and we really enjoyed our stay ... the unit was great, with all the window views. The entire reservation process was easy & convenient, and the owner was also easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again!

Anniversary Getaway

Myself and my Husband needed a few days to just get away. It happened to be our 1 year Wedding Anniversary and I must admit we were very pleased with the property and the stay. The photos online are exactly how the property looks so you won’t be disappointed at all. We recommend it and we will stay here again when we come to Orlando, FL😊

We have visited the resort multiple times and this has been our most comfortable stay!I’m not sure it was mentioned in the listing, but the room with the twin beds does have a door that goes directly to the parking lot (not screened). We did choose to make some changes to our sleeping arrangements because of this. Not a complaint, just sharing for those with little ones. Great property! We will be back.

Family visit

My wife & I wanted to visit our son and his family in Florida. He recommended we check out Bahama Bay, as he passes there on the way to work. We liked what we saw online and it was a great place to stay. Very nice and we highly recommend it. When we return to the area, we will plan on staying there again.

Great unit for a family vacation

This unit shows as advertised by the pictures. The ground floor makes carrying luggage/groceries a breeze. There are parking spots right outside the front door. The unit is spacious and airy. The kitchen is large enough for 2-3 adults to be in there at the same time. The screened in lanai is what makes this unit top notch. There is a large table with plenty of seats and a ceiling fan to help keep you cool. We spent a lot of time in the lanai when we actually in the unit. The proximity to the pool is fantastic. Overall, a great unit. I would highly recommend this unit for a great family vacation.

Truly Wonderful Property

I honestly didn't know what to expect. My wife normally makes all the arrangements when we travel but I was given the task this time around. I was nervous thinking that the kids would be disappointed since it wasn't mom making the arrangements and she never misses. Well lo and behold. Dad got it right. The living space was simply beautiful and the kids (and my wife) enjoyed the amenities that were present on site. The. location was close enough for us to visit the surrounding area. The only negative was the traffic but that has nothing to do with the location. We will definitely look to stay at this property again in the near future.

Lovely vacation

What a wonderful vacation ~ great place to stay. Our family of four loved the place (8yo says it's the best for hide and seek). We ate every meal on the porch and appreciated all the amenities provided.

An enjoyable month

This is the eighth year we have stayed at a Bahama Bay condo in March and we've always found it to be very enjoyable. This year's condo was just as nice and comfortable as the others. We had one minor problem with the stove and maintenance promptly fixed it. We had a great month in Florida. Hated to leave.

This property was just as described and even better in person.

I would stay here again. They have many pools and a beach setup. The only thing is that they only have a small restaurant and one bar by the beach/pool. But overall I enjoyed my stay.
