The Space:

Inside, the townhome opens to a spacious living area where you can unwind after a day of Orlando adventures, while the gentle hum of the nearby lazy river adds a soothing backdrop. The layout feels both roomy and inviting, giving each guest a comfortable place to settle in and feel at home.



Sleeping arrangements

The master bedroom on the lower level features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, offering a private retreat. Upstairs, one bedroom holds a bunk bed with a twin over a full bed plus a trundle bed, perfect for kids or extra guests. The third bedroom provides another king-size bed, and the two upstairs bedrooms share a full-size bathroom. With three full bathrooms in total, everyone has space to freshen up.



Living spaces

The main living room is arranged for together‑time, with ample seating and a view onto the patio that seats two. A dining area nearby accommodates shared meals or game nights, and a cozy breakfast nook in the kitchen invites casual coffee moments. A free washer and dryer make longer stays effortless, and the smart‑lock entry lets you check in on your own schedule.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen supplies the essentials for simple meals: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and basic cookware. An indoor dining table provides room for family meals, while the breakfast nook offers a relaxed spot for quick bites.



Community amenities

As a guest of the gated Regal Palms Resort & Spa, you gain access to a lively amenity center. Dive into the pool with a slide, float along the lazy river, or let the kids explore the indoor playground. The on‑site gym, restaurant/bar, and ice‑cream shop keep entertainment close at hand. Free on‑site and street parking are available for your convenience.



Comfort & conveniences

Air conditioning, heating, high‑speed Wi‑Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a TV keep you comfortable and connected. Safety essentials include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher and first‑aid kit. Bathroom essentials, fresh linens, hangers, and an iron are provided.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities.



IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
