Sleeping arrangements

The home offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. On the lower level, the master bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom provides a bunk configuration with a twin over a full bed plus a trundle bed, perfect for kids. The third bedroom also includes a king-size bed. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full-size bathroom, giving everyone room to spread out.



Living spaces

A large living area centers the home, offering ample space for movies, games, or quiet evenings. Adjacent is a dining space for shared meals, and a breakfast nook in the kitchen invites casual coffee moments. Step from the living room onto a small patio with seating for two, ideal for morning tea or evening wind‑down. A free washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with the essentials: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. An indoor dining area provides room for family meals, while the breakfast nook offers a relaxed spot for quick bites.

Regal Palms Resort & Spa grants access to a gated amenity center. Enjoy a pool with a slide, a lazy river, an indoor playground, a gym, a restaurant/bar, and an ice‑cream shop. Parking is free on the premises and on the street, and a smart‑lock self‑check‑in ensures easy arrival.



Comfort & conveniences

Air conditioning, heating, Wi‑Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a TV keep you comfortable and connected. Safety essentials include smoke and carbon‑monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first‑aid kit. Bed linens, bathroom essentials, hangers, and an iron are provided.

Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
