Property In The Heart Of Taos. Walking distance to the Plaza, side-walks.

The rental is off of Salazar Rd, it's 1000 square feet, southwestern style, and sits on approximately .500 an acre. There is a big spacious backyard and plenty of parking space. The rental is built of Rastra Block, which is an insulated concrete block, it helps to keep the rental warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The bedrooms have skylights, it makes it nice, if you enjoy seeing the stars before falling asleep or if you prefer you can close the blinds. it keeps it nice and dark. NEW: King Bed. The bedrooms have ceiling fans, the fans have 3 speeds. You'll enjoy the radiant heat that keeps the floor so nice and warm. you'll love the beautiful stained turquoise floors. You can also enjoy a cozy fire utilizing the Kiva Fireplace. We supply a bundle of wood for our guests. The walls are made of diamond finish. The sofa's are very comfortable! We fenced in part of the backyard for pets. In back of the property there is a road named Hatchery Rd that can be used for walking your dog. The pet fee is 55.00 per pet., Smart TV, WIFI, Fiber Otic. I have a camera in the front entrance and the backyard. You'll enjoy that you’re right in the heart of Taos, Galleries, Shops, Stores and much more.

Beautiful Property that accommodates pets very well. Very cozy and perfect place to relax, recharge and unwind, rustic New Mexico charm with all modern amenities provided. Location is perfect in Taos, couple blocks away from the plaza. Highly recommended property, especially if traveling with fur babies.

A perfect location, situated within walking distance of shops, restaurants and galleries. Accommodations were excellent - comfortable beds and living room couch, well-stocked kitchen and lovely yard. The owner of this property clearly put a lot of effort into making this property a delight to stay in. This was also one of the cleanest short-term rentals we’ve stayed in. Kudos to the host!

Why this property is a great stay, is because it's easy access to all the stores and shops at the historic plaza and all other types of shopping. Smith's grocery store is right around the corner from the property, the laundromat is across from Smith's. You are in a residential area but within walking distance to the historic Taos, plaza. It's cozy and comfortable, has everything you need for cooking a nice meal. In the summer you can sit outside in the backyard, relax and have a cookout.
