Casa Ariella salt water pool outdoor gazebo near the beach with Backup Generator

A beautiful casa nestled only 150 feet from the sea. Features warm wood interiors, large common areas & high ceilings. Fully equipped kitchen. Salt water Pool area is decorated with mosaics by a local Rincon artist & has access to shower and bathroom with an updated gazebo with TV and WiFi outdoor kitchen & grill. The yard is fully fenced and professionally landscaped with local flowers and fruit trees. Four bedrooms w/ A/C units ceiling fans strong Wi-Fi Internet and TVs . Back Up solar Generator with plenty of parking and private gated outdoor space .

The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood of Rincon and is only a few minutes car ride from the main town plaza, restaurants and bars. There are several sandy beaches available. Some can be walking distance others via a short car ride. We have beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and some beach toys for you to enjoy. We even have an outdoor Ping Pong table! The beach right near the house can be entered when the water is calm and we would recommend wearing water shoes. There are lots of corals which makes it a great snorkeling spot. There are stairs that leads you down to the water but please check the waves before you enter. We have three outdoor shower so please wash yourself off of sand and salt before entering the house. There are two trash bin are outside our gate across from the Gazebo. You may see a pool maintenance person come for their cleaning and inspection of the pool so don't be alarmed (but it should not take more then (20 min).

Beach comfort

Wonderful place steps from the ocean/sea with open space, a wraparound porch, and a great backyard. Spent alot of time there. Tsur and Steven were fabulous

Petfect place to stay!

Perfect house for a Puerto Rican adventure. Tsur was easy to deal w/ & made sure we had everything we needed for an amazing stay, house has every amenity you could want or need, wi-fi was excellent, air conditioning was top notch, house was clean. Steve was awesome. Can't wait to visit sgain!

Great stay

This house is in a great location! We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. There is so much space outside that is covered, so even with the afternoon showers, you have plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.

First time visiting RincĂłn

We give Casa Ariella two thumbs up!! The house was a comfortable fit for my family and friends. The pool was a plus for the children. My husband and I enjoyed walking to Playa Almendros almost every morning. We loved that we could drive downtown, grocery store and other shops in several minutes. Restaurants and bars are also close by. We will definitely stay here again. This was our first time in RincĂłn and staying at Casa Ariella made it easy for us to discover this beautiful town and surroundings. Also, the neighbors are super nice!!

Quiet Paradise

We had a wonderful stay, place was clean, beds were great and of course the outdoor space with pool was spectacular. Our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed their stay and made wonderful memories with their cousin. Quiet neighborhood which was great for getting the little ones to bed and listening to the waves crash at night is just so magical & soothing. Everything is close by, including the grocery store. Communication with the owner was fantastic, we can't wait to come back for another stay. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven.

Great Vacation Stay

We spent 5 nights at Casa Ariella. Wonderful stay for our adult family and friends. Extremely convenient layout of the house - 4 nice bedrooms upstairs and open living area downstairs. Full kitchen - but we did wash pots and pans before using them (some were dusty). Large covered outdoor verandas and patio just as described. Pristine pool. Very nice, quiet, swimmable beach within walking distance which we enjoyed on several days. Ping-pong table setup in garage which was fun. Excellent grill on patio. Need a car, since too far to walk into town and we did not have success with Uber transport. Definitely would stay there again.

Fabulous Honeymoon Getaway

This house is exactly what you imagine when you think island paradise. Small well kept community. The house is just across the street from the ocean so you can hear the waves. Plenty of patios, decks, and outside entertainment areas. Privacy fence and thoughtful landscaping adds to a feeling of seclusion. The pool, outdoor bar/kitchen, and covered patio are a big draw. Property manager is friendly and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay

Can't say a bad thing about this property. The owner was right on top of any questions we had, and Steve the "handyman" was a wealth of suggestions. Location is great. About 3 minutes to drive there. The kitchen was well equipped and the towels they had were good ones, not the ratty ones you often get at a rental. The outdoor area was super. Great grills and a fridge and a great eating area. We were a group of 4, but the house can easily fit more than that. Hoping to go back year with some friends!

Wonderful place

Casa areilla was a spacious home. The outdoor facilities had everything one could need. Great grill plenty of seating. Nice table to dine outside. Safe,quiet, location made us relax even more. The owner was caring, polite and very accomidating. Maintenance person was extremely polite and took care of any issues we had promptly. We have vacationed in Rincon for 12 years ever winter. The best house we have used.

We had a great time in Rincon and really enjoyed our stay at Casa Ariella! The house was bigger than expected, very clean and the location (nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from „downtown“ Rincon) perfect. The house was also well stocked and pool area very nice. We would definitely come here again!

Vacation Home in Paradise

House had absolutely everything that is needed for a beach vacation. Well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, outside grill and seating area (outide dinning area has been updated to a more comfortable seating area then depicted), beach equipment (chairs,towels, umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc.). Home is in a great location on thr west coast in a safe neighborhood. Loved hearing the ocean, birds and the coqui at night. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful House

Clean and Property Manager very responsive to our questions. King bed mattress had a plastic wrap making it hard to sleep with the plastic noise and heat. Highlight of house is Kitchen and Outdoor spaces.

We didn't want to leave

We truly enjoyed this house. From the moment we turned down the street we felt at home. The property is gorgeous and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Although you don't have a view of the ocean, you can hear the waves crashing into wall along the coastline. The neighborhood is quiet but close to nightlife, shopping and great beaches. We would be honored to stay again!

Wonderful home in Rincon

The house was perfect fit for our family. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of room to hang out together as well as get some privacy. The outdoor grill space and pool was nice when we were at the house and there was plenty to do in Rincon. Very friendly people and great food. Appreciated Tsur's prompt replies to questions and recommendations. Loved the access to the ocean and the swimming from near the house. Also loved hearing the birds and ocean at night and in the morning.

Weekend for the books.

What a place, and what a weekend. Had a group of 4 of us, and everyone was blown away about the house. The size was great, the neighborhood was quiet, and in a really good location. That pool, and outdoor area were so nice. Would highly recommend staying here with friends, or a family. Thanks for the good times!

Rincon vacation

We had a vacation of a lifetime at Casa Ariella! The amenities were beyond anything that we asked for. The pool and the landscaping made our paradise vacation a true hit. We have given this place as recommendations! Lots of room and very spacious. I hope everyone that stays here in the future will love Casa Ariella as much as we did!

Once in a lifetime trip!

My husband and I brought our children to Rincon for Christmas this year as a once in a lifetime trip. The location was great, the pool fantastic, and the owner was amazing and very responsive to any questions we had! Thank you, Tsur!
