Two bedroom one bath updated home. Large basement with washer and dryer for those longer stays. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. out door seating available. In the garage, we also have grills in the garage also. We also provide high chair and pack and play for travelers with children. Comfy couch to kick back and enjoy some tv. Arcade 60 in 1 downstairs to play free. No extra charge for extra guests, pets, babies, or anything come stay with us. Discounts of % 15 for one week stay, and % 30 for thirty day stays or more. Employer paying for your stay, we match hotel pricing.

Eric is a great host with great communication. The house was clean, everything needed to cook food there, beds comfortable, and the downstairs was great with the air hockey table! If you come to Springfield this is a great place to stay.

Very clean and cute house. Nice fenced backyard for the dog. It was only 6 minutes to the Fairgrounds, and the donut shop was a long the way, so it was perfect for me.

This was absolutely perfect to fit our need for this trip. Plenty of space to relax and extremely clean. Bathroom is only big enough for literally one person, and probably due for a serious upgrade, understandably a big expense to prepare for, but overall, very happy with the home and would recommend!

Close to downtown

Cute home for a quick family stay near downtown. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well-stocked. We appreciated the host’s flexibility with accommodating us last minute and communication was quick. Thanks for the stay!

Beautiful stay all around

Me &’ my children had a very good time staying here. It was really cozy &’ everything was so fresh! From the carpet to the bedding. The entertainment downstairs was endless fun for the family .Host was very responsive &’ polite. Will book again .

Great for weekend at State Fair

Nice little place, very clean and well stocked, easy access to Springfield attractions. The bathroom is small and outdated but great place for the price!

The house was okay. The house was overall clean but little things like wall in kitchen by trash was awful, sticky, dried food. The vents in living room and bedrooms had very thick dust. The dishes and pan were not clean. No sponges to clean dishes. Floors and counters were sticky. I didn't like the fact the code to house was very easy for someone to guess and break in. Made us feel unsafe. Everything we encountered are quick & easy things to fix and would make this home even better to stay.

Great space!

The house was perfect for our family of 5, space to sleep and spread out. It was clean, comfy and had a well stocked kitchen. Location made for easy access to downtown and Lincoln sites. Would stay again!

Wish I could have stayed longer

Me and others were in town for an event. The house was fully stocked, it was as is like described in the he listing and the host was AMAZING and very accommodating. Quick to respond and met all our needs. Location was great, quiet neighborhood and close to our event. Would definitely stay again
