Family friendly home off bike trail and quiet subdivision with lots of updates!

The home is near popular west-side shopping/restaurants, IL State Fair Grounds, Knights Action Water park, and easy highway access. The house was completely remodeled in 2019 with lots of updates and modern touches! We especially love the brand-new kitchen, bike trail access from the yard, and quiet neighborhood. This was our family home, and we are excited to share it with you.

Welcome to Robinhood's Retreat in the popular Sherwood Subdivision on the west side of Springfield.

The living room includes two couches and a lazy boy recliner. The three bedrooms upstairs all have queen beds with closet space for storage. Two of the bedrooms have full size dressers. In the finished basement you'll find the spacious 4th bedroom with a full-size dresser. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, spices, olive oil, and a wide selection of teas. We’ve included fresh coffee and a coffee maker. You'll enjoy the extra deep sink with cutting board/drying rack and separate hot waterspout. In the backyard, you’ll find a relaxing patio with a dining table and gas grill. Direct and private access to the bike trail too!

The light gray and modern kitchen includes brand new Allen + Roth cabinetry, quartz countertops, lots of natural light, extra deep sink with hot water on demand, full-size appliances, and an eat-in dining table with seating for 6.

A coffee pot is provided for you to use along with fresh coffee provided.

The living room features a full-size couch, love seat and recliner chair, smart TV, charging station, and all-natural sunlight streaming through the front bay window. It's beautiful in the morning!

House Rules:
We have a strict policy of no pets, no parties, and no smoking of any kind. We have a 10-guest limit policy. Please note we do not currently allow hosting for non-registered guests. This includes family gatherings, reunions, dinner parties, etc. This is in a residential area, so we ask that you respect the neighbors' privacy in regards to these policies and noise and parking. Please drive slowly and do not block the neighbors' driveway.

If you break or damage something inside the home, you will be responsible for MISSING or DAMAGED item(s) at the replacement cost of the item(s). *Please reach out immediately if anything is broken or damaged* Transparency and communication are key in situations like this.

If any rules are broken you are subject to additional fees and immediate termination of your reservation. While we list several rules, your stay in our home is a top priority and we want you to enjoy your time here!
