The labeled kitchen includes a gas stove, Instant Pot, and a coffee/tea bar with local touches. In the basement, enjoy a projector setup with plenty of seating—perfect for winding down after games or exploring Springfield.

Inside, you’ll find multiple comfortable beds to accommodate groups or families, a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, and living spaces where you can relax, stream your favorite shows on guest-ready TVs, or enjoy a good cup of coffee (something we’re passionate about!).

For work or play, the house is set up with fast WiFi and plenty of seating areas. You’ll also have self check-in with a personalized door code and the peace of mind that the door automatically locks for your security.

Outside, guests can park in the driveway or on the street directly in front of the house. The neighborhood is safe and walkable, with a welcoming, family-friendly feel.

Parking: Free parking is available in the driveway or on the street directly in front of the house.

WiFi & Streaming: High-speed WiFi is provided throughout the home, and all TVs are set to Guest Mode for easy streaming.
