Middle of the Row Duplex, Quiet, and Cozy, 3 bed/2 bath

Enjoy the beach in a spacious, Middle Row duplex that is a short five minute walk to the beach and 1/3 of a mile to the sound access. This well maintained and exceptionally clean duplex offers a fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, plates, cups and silverware. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach! At night, relax by the fire in the secluded back yard. Jump into a clean bed with fresh linens that are provided. Catch the beautiful sunrises or sunsets of Emerald Isle.

The space
The space was recently painted for the 2021 season. Lighting was updated and new furniture was added. Open concept with the kitchen and living room. Two smart TV's fully equipped with the latest technology. Fast Wifi is provided. Ample parking spaces are provided. Watch the kids play games in the big back yard, or relax by the fire.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

The property was perfect and the location to the beach was not too far of a walk (5 to 7 minutes to beach access). We enjoyed our stay here and will be recommending this place and host to our friends!

The property was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We appreciated the big kitchen, having access to nice beach equipment, and sitting on the porch in the evening. We absolutely loved Emerald Isle! Wade’s Place was fully equipped and super clean! Every detail was appreciated - from the nice beach wagon and super functional beach chairs, to the clean bedding, adequate towels/washcloths, to even having ice packs in the freezer - this house was perfect! Located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach, stores, and eateries provided the ideal balance for a relaxing vacation! Would definitely love to return!

Beach getaway

Absolutely a great weekend and a great house. Super quiet and close to businesses but isolated enough. Beach was gorgeous and we will definitely be coming back. Will definitely rent this house.
