- Two 4K Flat Screen TVs w/ Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Disney Plus & Hulu, Apple TV+ & Paramount
- Washer & Dryer
- Wood Burning Fireplace
- BBQ Area
- Gated Parking
- Coffee Maker
- Fruit Garden: oranges, pineapple guavas, lemons, tangerines, tangelos, peach and Figs. (fruit in late fall/winter, blossom in spring).

The exterior areas of the house are being monitored and recorded by surveillance cameras for the safety and protection of both the property and our guests. There are no cameras inside the house

- There are no parties or gatherings allowed at the property. The property is located in a quiet, residential, family neighborhood. Quiet Hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM
- private, gated parking is included for 3-4 cars depending on vehicle size. Unfortunately it's a private road so no street parking is available.
- The exterior areas of the house are being monitored and recorded by surveillance cameras for the safety and protection of both the property and our guests. There are no cameras inside the house
- In full compliance with LA County SRT Ordinance. Registration Number #000241
- Guests are required to sign a Short-Term Rental Agreement after booking, sent through VRBO Messages, to secure the reservation. The agreement supplements VRBOâs terms.
- tenant lives onsite in a small ADU. The ADU has a Private entrance and no shared walls with the main house. Tenant will not access the house, gardens or Jacuzzi/BBQ area while the house is rented.
