Entering through the courtyard, guests will discover a living room with a TV and access to an expansive wet bar that includes a wine chiller, a beverage fridge, sink, dishwasher, and seating for 7. Steps away is a partially covered pool with a waterfall feature and sitting spa. Next to the pool are an outdoor shower, TV, and grilling area. Guests can change in a half-bath that’s steps away and drop wet towels off in the adjacent laundry room, which includes 2 sets of front-loading washers and dryers. The home has both a staircase and an elevator to access all 4 stories.

The second floor is the heart and soul of the home. A gourmet kitchen seats 5 at the countertop and features premium stainless appliances, including a 6-burner stove and a massive 2-door fridge. A dining table seats 10. An adjacent half-bath makes it easy to wash up for meals. The fourth floor offers another balcony—again with staggering Gulf views and chaise lounge chairs for sun worshipers. The 2 primary bedrooms have king beds and private baths, both with a shower only. A bunkroom is a perfect space for the young or young at heart. 4 sets of bunks—8 in all—and each includes its own TV! This bunkroom has a private bath.
