Beautiful property perfect for the whole family
The house was wonderful with many amenities and great spaces for family to be together, but also areas for groups to spend time how they want.

My wife and I plus all 5 of our children, their spouses and all 10 grandchildren stayed together for the first time. The house was perfect for our family. There are plenty of opportunities by the pool and on the main floor for all of to spend time together and there are smaller areas throughout the house to be separate. We also enjoyed the bikes and golf cart. We enjoyed it so much we added on an extra day. The 30a area is beautiful. I would suggest trying to do something about the slick tile in the pool area.

beautiful house
The house is beautiful, has everything you would need or want. The pool stays cold because it is shaded. The beach access is the public beach and it not ideal. You must swim through a lagoon to get to the beach, which we didn't like nor do with kids and two handicap persons was not acceptable.

A Family Retreat
The house is brand new and very nice. Large and comfortable, but some issues were encountered: 1) Some things were not yet ready. One dishwasher was not hooked up and required a technician. Also, the dishwashers have heavy doors that fall easily to the floor, easily hitting a foot.
2) Listed amenities included beach chairs and umbrellas, which do not exist. Also, another amenity, the pool table, had been improperly assembled and was unusable as the felt top was loose and bunched up. This was repaired on the last day of our visit. 3) The most significant issue was beach access. The closest public beach (Ramsgate) could only be reached through gates that require codes or a key card. To walk around to Ramsgate was a pretty good distance, and there was no parking area available for the Golf Cart. Also, no canopies can be set up there and most of the beach area is private. The other beach access, Eastern Lake, is closer, but space is also very limited for parking, and much of that beach is also marked private.
