Summary:
Gather for movies and games with friends or family in this newly built modern townhome spanning two floors. Thoughtfully curated decor in a Country x Scandinavian white & bright color scheme, this home exudes comfort and urges guests to take it easy. Enjoy the BIG kitchen, board + card games, Netflix, sweets + snacks—House includes a fully stocked kitchen and updated home decor. Pet friendly. Also, free access to a private parking spot right by the back patio.

The Space:
This home is modernly built, sparkling clean, and outstandingly close to all the central Murfreesboro city activities. A record fast commute by car and bike—or you can use your legs and still make it to town square in 15-minutes or less :) Easy peasy!

2nd floor:
Two separate private bedrooms with a King size bed and a Queen. Two full baths accessible only through each bedroom. One bedroom has a spare Queen size-air mattress and a large walk-in closet with iron and ironing board.

1st floor:
Open concept floor plan leads from living room to full kitchen. A half bath is accessible via the living room. Private office with desk, chair, and a convertible couch bed is also located on the first floor.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire home!

The Neighborhood:
My home is located north of Murfreesboro town square. A city about 30-minutes Southeast of Nashville and about 90-minutes Northwest of Chattanooga. With a growing restaurant scene, shopping, fitness, and friendly locals, guests will feel right at home. MTSU (Middle Tennessee State University University) is a quick 6-minutes/2 miles away, as well.

Getting Around:
I would recommend driving or ridesharing around Murfreesboro. If you walk 0.75 miles South on N Maple street, you will arrive in town square which is the best walking spot in the city by far. Takes 3-minutes to drive there and parking is easy and free.

Other Things to Note:
- No taking make-up off using my home's towels
- Keep trash neatly indoors
- No glitter ($100 Fine)
- No Smoking ($300 Fine)
- No unauthorized parties at our property. This will result in immediate eviction and $1,000 minimum fine.

Great townhome! Within walking distance to downtown and driving distance to many locations! Host was extremely accessible and check in/check out instructions were super easy!! Definitely recommend this place!!

Excellent Location!

The whole process was easy and great! The owners were quick to answer any questions and were very kind. The house was located in a great area close to lots of shopping and restaurants. House was clean and as pictured! Would recommend staying here!

Local stay before closing on new home.

Needed a convenient place to stay while we waited to close on our new home. The townhome was clean and worked perfectly for our family. The beds were comfortable and we have stayed at many Vrbos and hotels nice beds are hard to find.

Perfect home base

Adorably decorated and bright, this townhouse was a perfect home base for us for my high schooler’s soccer tournament just down the road. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Great hosts to work with.

Our daughter just moved to Murfreesboro from Tullahoma. We stay in the townhouse with a couple of our granddaughters. Townhouse was nice size and very clean.

Cute townhome close to downtown

This was the perfect space for myself and family. We were there for a funeral and I had cousins from out of town stay with me. The two upstairs master bedrooms, each with full bathroom, were nice. No fuss over who got the master as they were both spacious with king beds.

Christmas with Family

This place was immaculate. If I had to complain about anything, I only wished there were batteries in all of the remote for the TV, but as people may say that is petty compared to how nice the place is. Thank you for such a nice stay. I will definitely stay there when I come to Murfreesboro. Way to go 1C

In town for a horse show

This was a nice, clean home. Communication between property owners was quick. My daughter and I were in town for the TNRHA show. I would say, if you are driving a bigger truck, parking can be a little tricky, if the parking lot is full. Other than that, everything is perfect!

Refreshing stay in Murfreesboro

After the excitement of Nashville we had a refreshing and quiet stay in this spacious and comfortable townhouse. Very tastefully decorated, large kitchen, ample parking space. It was refreshing to settle in for two nights of movies. Cumberland caverns are close by and we’ll worth checking out. Overall, highly recommended.
