You will find it easy to kick back and relax in this calming, stylish space. Have your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the in wrap around deck while you take in the surrounding greenery. Large fully fenced yard with giant green pasture view. Backyard gazebo bar is great for kicking back, grilling , watching sports or enjoying the fire pit . Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with nearby freeway access for venturing out to Nashville. Outdoor mall, restaurants, bars, greenway trails and the river are just a short drive away. Cant beat this location, located in the newer part of Murfreesboro and as close as Murfreesboro gets to Nashville. Google maps pictures are 5 years old they still have not updated to recent pics. House was re-build 2 years ago

So many details. They have a multipoint charger in the kitchen that works for any phone. They left a toy for both dogs. There is a dog room to leave him safely when we went out to dinner. The fenced yard is awesome. The entire property is well maintained and well supplied. The had a little coffee for us to start. Beds were very comfortable. They even have a hot tub. I feel my thoughts are disorganized but the best thing I can say is we hope to stay there again.

We cannot wait to stay here again!Every step of the way from beginning to end was seem less and enjoyable! The host is as perfect as they come! Communication was immediate and friendly! Amenities were clean and ready to use. The little gift basket with a toy and treats for our dog was beyond generous. The entire property is flawless! Just beautiful and exactly what we were looking for! Our trip was to attend the C-10 Nationals and this location is the best of all worlds... 20 minutes from the Nashville SuperSpeedway and not much further to downtown Nashville. Gas stations, convenience stores and even a shopping plaza with Walmart and other big name places are only 5-10 minutes away. The neighborhood is blissfully quiet. Waking up to a nearby rooster was softly charming. Even the goats next door were so cute and only made noise when our dog went to the fence to play with them All the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms are immaculate and delightfully decorated. The overall atmosphere is peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. It's in an excellent location with the right amount of privacy. No glitches or any problems at all with the WiFi. Connected quickly and easily. The Blackstone grill left our food tasting delicious! A/C works great! Nice and cool our whole stay. Really and truly completely loved this place! Cute little extras here and there that are adorably sweet and make ya chuckle. Thanks so much for letting us experience your home Shawna

We absolutely loved staying here!! I didn't want to leave . The house is adorable, the beds are super comfy, the dog room/mud room is handy, and the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Our dogs loved the huge yard and gawking at the goats next door. A couple of extra favorites were how much natural light we could let into the house and that there wasn't a house directly behind the backyard which made the view more serene in the mornings. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, yard games, or outdoor gazebo bar area but we checked them out and definitely wish we would've had the time to do all of that while we were there. On top of everything else, Shawna was amazing! She was so accommodating and communicated efficiently with us. She even checked in with us on our arrival date to make sure we got in and settled ok. This will probably be our family's go to rental anytime we're in the area from now on, especially when we've got the dogs with us. We definitely recommend it!!

Top notch!

We absolutely fell in love with the place right from the start. The outdoor bar/grill/TV is the perfect addition and we found ourselves out there quite a bit. Really enjoyed spending the mornings relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying coffee on the porch. Shawna was an excellent host and left such great detail oriented notes that we had no questions whatsoever. We absolutely recommend this house to anyone planning on staying in the greater Nashville area. 5 stars for sure!

Great Weekend Trip

Took a weekend trip to celebrate my soon to be brother-in-law and this house was absolutely perfect. Everything was in good working order, the house was spotless, and every part of the property is stocked with anything you could need. The host, Shawna, was fantastic, and check in and check out were a breeze. I would 100% stay here again!

Absolutely loved this house for our vacation. It very comfortable with everything you could need. Just needed to bring clothes and toiletries- Shawna had everything else needed for a weeks stay. Loved the backyard and hot tub as well

Beautiful rental property in Murfreesboro

Fabulous property to stay for a vacation. Amazing large back garden with bbq, games, fire pit and hot tub. Great location to visit Nashville, only a 40 minute drive away - but nice to come back to a peaceful, tranquil location. Highly recommended!

Getaway heaven

Our stay could not have been better! Shawna was an amazing host. She was so nice to work with. Shawna went above and beyond with all of her personal touches during our stay. The home is just lovey! Beautiful decore, cozy, quite and a great location. The backyard with the firepit, and outdoor bar is a great bonus. This house has everything you need for wonderful stay.

I fell in love with Murfreesboro when I first moved to Tennessee 4 years ago. The city has everything you need, coupled with the friendly nature of Tennessee and close to Nashville.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I’d like to think my West coast good weather, outdoor year around upbringing and my social entertaining personality helped make this house different from many others in Murfreesboro. We tried to create a fun, relaxing house for guests who can spend time outside in the yard, watch sports in the gazebo, play games, grill or sit by the fire . Or be in a clean, peaceful house with everything you might need . Just in case you forgot that toothbrush or show up and think I’d really like a glass of wine it’s been a very long travel day . Also I am a dog mom. Many people travel with their fur children now days. Therefore I tried to create a dog friendly house so guests can bring their pups with them and enjoy their vacation without having to leave them behind .
