Our second stay at this location. It’s clean, nice neighborhood, pet friendly. Love it! Paid for early check in however and had issues with key code not working so we had to wait outside.

Beach getaway with pups
We had a great time, the fenced back yard was perfect for our pups that we never leave home. House was larger than expected plenty of space. Super cute little neighborhood!! Great location, pool is close by, beach is a little ways but we rented a golfcart to go to and from the beach, shops and restaurants. All in all a great stay!!! Would definitely recommend Off the Hook!!

Cute house and quiet location
First time staying at this cute cottage bungalow style home, we loved that we could bring our dog and the back yard was an added bonus. It was great to be so close to the beach but also immersed in the trees in the early morning with a cup of coffee and evening with a glass of wine. House was clean and had all the necessary amenities, we only had to bring our beach towels. We will be back.

We decided to extend our stay by 2 days so we moved rentals to this one. The process was so smooth and we felt so lucky to find something in a great location, with plenty of space, last minute and at a fair price. The house was just perfect.

A nice setup for the whole family
We stayed at Off the Hook for 2 weeks at the end of July/August. We loved that we were able to bring our dogs with us and enjoyed the extra space of having a house! It was a short golf cart ride to the beach. The house is in the back of the neighborhood so it would be a longer walk. I would recommend a golf cart if you carry toys, cooler, chairs, etc. to the beach with you. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home!

30A Getaway
Great tucked away neighborhood with pools and really nice landscaping. The property was exactly what we expected with the exception of the ceiling fans hadn’t been cleaned recently and the towel rack in one bathroom was coming out of the wall. Very minor in the grand scheme and I would definitely book this property again.

Slice of heaven on 30A-perfect beach getaway stay!
My stay at the "Cool Beans" cottage exceeded my husband's and my expectations! This spot was the perfect place for our beach getaway!! We were impressed by the central location of this cottage. It was only a couple of blocks from the beach and about half a mile to the town center. The beach was gorgeous - I've never seen such beautiful sunset over clear, emerald green water! The cottage also gave us the option of soaking up rays at a private pool that was shared by the village association. When we weren't being beach bums, we enjoyed renting bikes and biking to one of our favorite finds- the donut shop on blue mountain :)
The cottage had many perks that other condos/hotels in this area didn't offer including the ability to cook, grill, do laundry, and bring a dog. It was very quiet and gave us the relaxing environment to unwind. We came with a couple of friends and there was plenty of room for everyone. Also, the condo and town felt very safe-very family friendly! For those nights that we felt like going out, we visited a local establishment, Redds, and had a grand time! We also dined at several of the local spots too. We definitely will return to this little slice of heaven on 30A!

House was great and loved having the back yard for our dog. Great location on 30A. Will probably rent a golf cart next time to make the beach walk/stuff transport a little easier. Overall great house, super cute and cozy. Had a great time!

We love the cottage and already looking forward to next year!
Off The Hook (formerly Cool Beans) is a beautiful home. It has been refurbished and updated. Easy to keep neat and clean with the lovely countertops. Master bedroom could use a dresser; the master bath has a walk-in shower that we loved. The kitchen area is functional with new appliances including a deep sink with a detachable spray. The new owners have done well!

A very nice stay! Property is adorably decorated and well furnished with everything you need. A towel bar was broken when we arrived and it was fixed promptly. Only glitch was that property manager changed the gate code while we were out to dinner and we could not get back in! Thankfully, another renter shared the code with us. Restaurants are extremely busy - two-hour waits are the norm - so plan ahead with reservations!

Cutest house and neighborhood
We had the best time - thank you for sharing your house with our family. The house was so cute and had everything we needed. We brought our dog and the fenced in back yard was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet from all the hustle and bustle, but close to the beach, great Resturants and lots of ice cream for our granddaughters. Would definitely rent again.
