All 3 bedrooms are appointed with comfortable sleeping options with plenty of space for your belongings. Upgraded modern kitchen, breakfast bar with seating, breakfast nook and all stainless steel appliance package, nice laundry room with W/D, & 2 car garage. 2 1/2 baths- master suite bath is huge with double vanities, soaking garden tub and walk-thru double head shower. Upscale, quiet & safe, neighborhood easy access to all the amenities of Cape Coral as well as close proximity to Fort Myers and surrounding areas. Great Location

The house is in a nice neighborhood away from the main areas of traffic yet very convenient to the highway. The host quickly responded when I had a question. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house.

Perfect place for our week long annual stay

The property was conveniently located and was lovely for rest and relaxation during a busy week playing Amateur World Series baseball. Great amenities and management! We will try and stay here again!

Great Stay in Cape Coral

The home was exactly as stated in the description. We enjoyed the back patio/pool with lanai. It's a very peaceful neighborhood and is very close to restaurants and grocery stores. The management company was responsive when we had questions and the checkin / checkout process was very easy.

The house was very nice! The only problem was the communication between the management company and owner. We had a late check out scheduled but the owner wasn’t informed and he had renters coming in at 4:00. We had to scramble to leave.

Home is nice. We were there to check out Cape Coral and surroundings to see if want to vacation there. You have to drive everywhere so that was a turn off but otherwise was good

Beautiful home; minor updating needed

The property was very nice. We loved the pool and it's central location. There's plenty of places to eat, shop and visit nearby. Minor things need to be updated like TVs, linen, reference folder info and the lock on the front door. Besides that, it's a lovely place to stay

Great house

We had a little issue when they first got there, but Greg was easy to get ahold of and he resolved it. Great stay, and loved the pool. Would have stayed another week there if it were available. Thank you Greg for being a great host for them!

Wonderful House with Great Management

We had a wonderful stay. The house is fantastic and well appointed with everything we needed. Lexi, the manager, took very good care of us. She was always accessible and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this house if you’re looking for a great area to stay in Cape Coral on the water.
